These areas are setup for for guests to swim in the Gulf.***‌‌

We loved staying here with amazing views from both balconies!! The condo was very clean which is a top priority! The location worked out so well with our favorite restaurants a short drive. Chris was very good about answering any questions we had!

Absolutely lovely! Dolphins from one balcony & harbor lights from the other. Unit was exactly as described, plus we all loved our beds. Two big dining areas so we used one for meals, the other for puzzle & games. Pretty bar with ice maker, but we had to purchase flutes for Champagne celebration.. could use a little more barware. Overall A and highly recommended!

From the moment you walk in the door you know it's a special place. The views are amazing from every room! Well equipped kitchen & every room tastefully decorated. The large balconies draw you out to the bay action on one side and the ocean/bay views on the other. We had a wonderful stay with perfect weather. What a blessing we highly recommend!

Everything about this condo and Chris, the host, was wonderful. The communication with Chris was excellent - my questions were answered promptly. All of the codes needed to access the condo were correct and working great and provided well in advance. The condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as advertised. The views from both balconies were beautiful. There were only three of us so plenty of room to spread out. Very easy to get to the main road and lots of activities and restaurants but tucked back in a relatively quiet area. I really hope we can come back soon!

This property exceeded our every expectation! The place was immaculate, and the views were spectacular. Watch the sunset over the bridge from the gulf-front balcony, or watch the boats come and go from the bay-front balcony on the other side. With 3000 square feet of living space, there’s room for everyone, We’ve already recommended this condo to friends, and we’re planning to come back with our kids and granddaughter possibly in the fall. Chris, the host checked in and made us feel welcome from the beginning, and quickly handled the only issue we had: the morning after our arrival, we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t working. He had a brand new one delivered the next morning, and he even refunded some money for the inconvenience!!!! He went above and beyond. The only thing exceeding the host’s graciousness was the place itself. We’ve vacationed in Destin for years and this was, without a doubt, the best place we’ve ever stayed. It’s convenient to Harborwalk Village(there’s a water taxi if you don’t want to drive) and to all the Destin hot spots. We highly recommend this condo!!!!!

Perfection!

Beautiful condo. Very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is set up perfectly. Cooking was easy. We were visiting Florida for baseball, we are a family of 6. I needed enough beds for everyone to get a good night sleep. This condo did not disappoint. The view is breathtaking. We loved watching wild life and the boats. Thank you for hosting our family!

My husband and I, along with our 2 year old, were so impressed and pleased with our stay. This condo was absolutely stunning. The space was more than we could have hoped for and the view was incredible! We loved being able to see both the gulf and the harbor and enjoyed rotating balconies. It was fun to watch the nightlife in the harbor after dark and hear the music. Watching the boats come in and out was so fun. We were able to see dolphins, sea turtles, and even mantees from the balcony. My husband enjoyed fishing steps away from my 2 year old and I swimming in the wonderful pool on site. The property manager was very responsive and addressed all our needs. The property was clean and cozy. Everyone that we came into contact with at the property was extremely kind. The master shower was huge and luxurious. One thing we noticed missing were cups, but aside from that we had everything we needed during our stay. We cannot wait to book this property again!
