We made a Thanksgiving dinner for my elderly father and other family in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and had great counter space. Though I brought my own china for Thanksgiving, there was plenty of daily dishes for other meals. We also really appreciated having our old pooch along, and the backyard was safe to let him outside. Unfortunately, no hot tubbing for us this time of year!

Amazing place as our “home base” for our daughter’s Chico wedding. More spacious than the photos show. Bonus of a doggie door - we will bring our dog babies next time!

Wonderful home in safe Chico neighborhood.plenty of room for the five of us. We were visiting for a family wedding. Loved being close to downtown and Beatniks for breakfast. Lower Bidwell Park is just a short walk through a beautiful neighborhood. The hot tub was extra lovely in the mornings and nighttime. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home!! Updated, looks just like the photos, clean, well appointed. Used the firepit and hot tub (although it was 85 degrees that day!) and loved them both:) Julie, the host, was very communicative and always got back to me right away. Beds were very comfy and the AC was a huge plus! Would absolutely stay here again!!

So nicely decorated inside and very confortable. Lots of room for dog zoomies in the yard and close to downtown and Lower Park. Garage door opener was an awesome bonus.

The house is very nicely updated. The manager responds quickly we had a plumbing issue that got resolved fairly quick. The only issue was when we checked in the garbage hadn’t been emptied and there were coffee stains on the counter. Not really a big deal and easy to clean on our own but someone else may not have have liked that. Guessing cleaning crew was ina rush the rest of the house was very clean.

Nice place

Nice reno, AC is quiet and cold, beds are clean, firm and comfortable, lots of hot water, primary suite is very nice - great shower, kitchen has most everything for basic cooking, covered patio lounge area is killer - spent a lot of time here, hot tub is clean, area is quiet. Definitely stay here again.

Central, clean, comfortable

Quiet neighbor convenient to center of town, fairgrounds, parks and highway 99. Comfortable beds and clean big bathroom. Nice outdoor seating area too. Use of garage for parking a plus.

We stayed here for spring break, and really enjoyed the house, the yard, and the location. It was very clean and modern and we had no complaints.

Dog loved it too

It was great to have a fully fenced yard for the dog to safely roam around. She also liked sitting by the french door to watch the squirrels. We all liked the easy walk to both downtown and Bidwell Park.

Beautiful place in great location!

Gorgeous, well-done home with room for all of our three generation family to stay comfortably. Generously sized rooms, extremely clean everywhere, with every detail taken care of. Well worth the price, with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property for families!

This was a wonderful property. Definitely consider it for graduations or weddings. It is so beautiful and well cared for, quite spacious, and equipped to handle a crowd. Very, very clean and really nice kitchen and bathrooms - a must for me. We didn't elect to enjoy the beautiful yard and fire pit (TOO CUTE), we just stayed busy doing other things but make time for a family night out there. Book this for any upcoming events in Chico. It is really convenient to campus and downtown.

Everything we needed

We were so comfy in this house. The beds and bedding were lovely. The large well-stocked kitchen was awesome. Laundry room was a bonus, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Great stay, would definitely come back.

The perfect spot!

We rented this home as headquarters for the bridesmaids for my wedding weekend. Julie was so communicative and helpful when we attempted an early check in. The house was so clean and ready for our arrival. Minimal clean up measures upon check out which is always appreciated, especially the morning after our wedding. We will stay here again!

Pleasant Stay

The house is in a nice location. Everything was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. We weren’t here a lot, but we did enjoy breakfast and evening time here. And Bidwell park is amazing! We just did a short walk-through, but saw all that was available there, a few short minutes away.
