Votre condo de luxe au Langosta Beach Club

Notre condo de luxe est situĂ© dans un petit immeuble exclusif composĂ© de seulement dix unitĂ©s sur trois Ă©tages. En face de la cĂ©lĂšbre plage de Tamarindo et du club de plage de Langosta, notre maison se trouve dans la rĂ©serve naturelle et l'estuaire de 600 acres de Tamarindo. Les singes hurleurs peuvent ĂȘtre entendus et souvent vus Ă  la fois du condo et du Beach Club. L'ocĂ©an Pacifique est Ă  une minute Ă  pied de la porte d'entrĂ©e.

Notre maison de 1500 pieds carrés comprend tout ce qu'il y a de mieux: air climatisé central, plafonds en teck et boiseries, sols en calcaire travertin, meubles costariciens sur mesure, plans de travail en granit, systÚme de haut-parleurs intégré dans tout le condo pour profiter de votre iPod ou de vos autres divertissements, appareils de cuisine Bosch , Ustensiles de cuisine Williams-Sonoma. Chaque détail a été pris en compte dans l'utilisation de l'espace et les rendez-vous.

En tant qu'invités de notre maison, vous bénéficierez des privilÚges d'un membre à part entiÚre au Langosta Beach Club aussi longtemps que vous resterez avec nous. Le club exclusif, à seulement 40 mÚtres, est le seul dans la région et se trouve sur la plus belle plage familiale de la région. Il dispose d'un centre de remise en forme complet, d'un studio de yoga et de Pilates, d'un restaurant français, d'un superbe bar avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan, d'une grande piscine recouverte de carreaux de verre espagnol et d'un bord à l'infini donnant sur le Pacifique. Vous pourrez vous détendre autour de la piscine, sur la plage ou dans des cabanes privées. Des chaises, des salons et des parasols seront placés sur la plage à votre demande. Des douches sont fournies pour votre usage à la piscine.

Tamarindo est depuis longtemps une destination de surf et un centre d'Ă©cotourisme. Nous avons maintenant un nombre infini d'activitĂ©s de plein air disponibles dans une rĂ©gion qui compte plus de 60 restaurants. Vous pouvez profiter de tout, de la cuisine locale Ă  une cuisine vraiment raffinĂ©e. Notre maison est Ă  7-10 minutes Ă  pied du centre du village et vous pouvez facilement rejoindre Ă  pied plus de 40 des 60 restaurants locaux. Le bĂątiment est assez proche du centre-ville pour ĂȘtre trĂšs pratique mais suffisamment Ă©loignĂ© pour Ă©viter le bruit et la congestion.

Il y a tellement de choses Ă  faire pour les amateurs: pĂȘche de classe mondiale, surf, tyrolienne, plongĂ©e, balades en bateau dans la jungle, observation des tortues, voile, excursions sur les volcans, rafting en eaux vives, Ă©quitation, golf, tennis, randonnĂ©e et dĂ©tente.

Nous offrons tous les services que vous pourriez souhaiter, y compris les courses avant l’arrivĂ©e, la cuisine Ă  domicile allant du simple au gastronomique, le baby-sitting et un service de mĂ©nage supplĂ©mentaire. Le concierge de notre Ă©tablissement peut organiser toutes vos activitĂ©s, Ă  commencer par la navette aĂ©roport ou la location de voiture pour votre arrivĂ©e.

A Great Place to Relax

Our family of 5 (including a 4-yr old) stayed for 4 days. It was a perfect location with the Langosta Beach Club right across the street and the beach only a few steps further. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially Rafa, the manager. He made sure we had everything we needed, and he was always quick to respond.

We love this property!

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much the second time! It is very clean and spacious and the people are very friendly and accommodating! Sand and Fun

Easy to get to and walk to Tamarindo. Langosta beach club right across the street is so wonderful and great service and great food. Easy walk to other restaurants and a great selection of activities available at the beach. However, you should know that the rainforest wakes up early 😁

Amazing

We really enjoyed our time at Ibis. We loved being so close to the pool. Also before we got our golf cart the walk in to town was very quick and easy. The staff was fantastic and really leveled up our stay. The condo was spacious and very clean. We loved that each room had its own little balcony and then a larger one of the living room. We were picked up right from the parking area for all of our excursions which was a bonus. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return to this property again.

Luxurious and relaxing

Our family of 5 had a great time at this condo and at the beach club. Our boys went from the oool to the beach and we could relax in a cabana with great service and food. The condo had everything and was very comfortable and high end. We would recommend for familiies with children in a heartbeat. The beach is perfect for kids. Great surfing and the concierge service was extremely helpful and set up great excursions.

Great facilities, outstanding location

The condo exceeded out expectations. Located close to town but far enough away to provide some peace and quiet. The facilities were great and the condo comfortable. Rafa and Stephano provided any assistance needed and always went beyond expectations. Access to the Langosta Club enhanced the stay and the restaurant there provided the best meals we had during our 2 week stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental.

Fun time in Tamarindo

We really enjoyed the beach club membership - it was the perfect location on the beach! Condo was nice, only change I would say is better mattresses, and also we had some trouble with the air conditioning. They were very prompt on sending someone out to fix it.

Perfect location and amazing place!

From the moment we were greeted we felt at home! The condo is absolutely stunning and spacious and has everything that you need! A very short walk to town and all of the restaurants. The beach and pool just across the street are gorgeous and inviting! So many great things to say about this location! We had help from our very own concierge for everything we needed. At the time we had to have Covid tests to return to the US and that was arranged to be done right in the condo. Wonderful time and so much fun! We will definitely return!

Nice property

The property was well equipped and the staff was congenial. Especially nice was the closeness to the beach via the Langosta Beach Club where food and beverages were very good. The TV had plenty of channels, although because the TV was streamed, the picture frequently froze. The concierge was pleasant but not at his desk very often. He did respond to emails fairly promptly.

Beautiful condo on second floor across the street from the beach club and ocean.

1st class location and property. The 2 concierges were always available and any issues or questions were swiftly met. Parking was adequate and the area was safe. Walking distance to anything in Taramindo. We had a small issue with sugar ants in the kitchen. Would recommend a professional exterminator to solve. Beds, Baths and living areas were perfect. Wifi was always available. Great Place.

Spring break trip with two teens

Ibis Condo was perfect for our family of four. Having amenities of a house was very beneficial for our week long stay. Access to the beach club across the street was super convenient! Especially on the windy days when the sand was blowing we could chill by the pool and have some delicious cocktails. They had everything we needed there towels, even cold towels at the hottest time of the day, excellent service and superb cocktails! Everyone across the board was extremely helpful. We had no issues at all on our travel. The only thing I’d say that may need a bit of attention would be the washing machine in the condo. It is a front loader and I think had been kept closed for a LONG time, it was musty and moldy, it definitely needs a good deep cleaning and for a note to be left for the guests to keep it open so it dries out. Other than that, we would love to return. It was a Gorgeous place overall.

Great location in Tamarindo

We thoroughly enjoyed an early April week at IBIS #8. Booking was seamless, and Rafa organized our shuttles to and from the airport. The Langosta Beach Club across the street was fantastic, a great base camp for our family of four all week. We rented surf boards most days and found the waves just south of the club less crowded than the north end near Witch's Rock. The condo itself was clean and well appointed. We spent many morning hours on the shaded porch. One note: between the cars on the street, neighborhood howler monkeys, and the early rising sun, we were up early every morning with the locals! Not really an issue for us, but there is some street noise and neighbor noise. Also recommend renting one of the street legal golf carts from Pura Vida. We used it many times every day to ride into town to surf or for dinner. Tamarindo is a great town -- more touristy than Nosara or other towns north, but we had a blast and look forward to returning!

Great destination and rental option!

The condo worked out very well for our family - plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters. Staff helpful and accommodating. They could set up transfers to/from airport, activities, recommendations for dinner, etc. Our driver stopped at a grocery store on the way from the airport and we stocked up for the week. Tamarindo is a great destination. Lots of restaurants, very casual and friendly, great surf, gorgeous sunsets. Condo is about a 5-10 min walk to the town. We usually walked the beach vs the road. You have access to Longosta Beach Club that is across the street. It is a nice club with pool and cabanas, restaurant and bar, but it is very popular for weddings so at least 4-5 of the days we were there, they were either setting up or tearing down for a wedding, so limited pool and bar access. Another caution is that it is on a gravel road, so we never sat on our patio, it was too dusty. Saying that though, we liked being out of the town and a little more secluded than the option of a condo right in town, further away from the beach.

Great Condo! Great Location and staff!

We stayed at this unit over the Christmas holidays. We loved everything about it. The unit itself was beautiful and very well equipped. The location is perfect! Directly across from Langosta Beach Club, which we enjoyed truly enjoyed. Also easy walking distance in to town, either by the road or via the beach. The location is also perfect for any excursions you may want to do. Bob and Veronica were great. We had a little trouble with our safe not opening, and they loaned us some cash (which we needed for an excursion) until we could get this issue with the safe resolved. They were also helpful in recommending dining options. Sebastian was very helpful in booking airport transfers and other excursions. Not that we ever felt the least bit uncomfortable, but there is no need to worry about security as there is always a security officer at the gate. We were lucky...when we were there Bob and Veronica hosted a Christmas eve party for the staff and guests, complete with traditional Costa Rican food, games and even fireworks. It was a great night. We absolutely loved this place and Costa Rica and would highly recommend it.
