Family trip of 7 with 2 children. Plenty of space. Beautiful and clean property. Plenty of activities for the kids. We enjoyed exploring the area with golf cart. I will definitely rebook in the future.

We loved our stay. House was spotless, roomie, and had everything we needed to make meals. We loved walking to Baytowne wharf, riding the golf cart and the provided beach supplies. The management company was on top of getting us what we needed ASAP. Although we never used the pool it was so close! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property. The house and the Sandestin Resort was more than we expected. The golf cart was so much fun. The wharf for shopping and eating was fantastic. Loved the pool, but wish it was heated. Our dog became the celebrity of the neighborhood and wharf. The beach was gorgeous. Would stay there again and again!! The only problem we had was with the HOA We were fined 100.00 for having one tire on the pine straw when parking 3 cars in the driveway We have vacationed in same VRBO for 5 consecutive years The host and the house were great but we were disappointed with HOA. Oh , by the way there was no damage to pine straw or property with the tire BEWARE ON HOA

The house was excellent! High-end appliances, great golf cart, great location. It was wonderful having beach chairs, and a wagon to carry the chairs down to the beach. This house was beautiful! The king beds could definitely be softer, and it would be really nice to have beach towels there.

Be aware the HOA attempts to fine renters. Trash is to be placed out between 6-10am but if the trash collectors miss your garbage and you do not get the garbage from the curb by 3:00, then you are fined 100. Of the 5 days I stayed, trash was missed from properties around several times without reason. It felt very scam-ish.

The property is located within an upscale residential community with an HOA that enforces guidelines around trash placement and other items to help maintain the neighborhood’s standards. These guidelines, including trash collection times, are shared with guests in advance and outlined in the house information. We understand that trash collection timing can sometimes vary. The HOA requires compliance with these timeframes, including bringing bins back in within the specified schedule. During the stay, there were a few instances where community guidelines were not fully followed, which resulted in the fines referenced. These are not related to trash collection service, but to HOA requirements designed to maintain community standards. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify this for future guests considering a stay in this type of community.

House was everything it said it was and the layout was perfect for our group. The location could not be better for everything we did while in town. Def will stay at this exact house again- well worth it!

Convenient location

The house is conveniently, located to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The golf cart makes it very easy to get around. The house is very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing away from the beach

When you are chasing 5 grandchildren around the beach most of the day, it was a very relaxing place to recharge our batteries for the next day. It was exactly as advertised. We especially liked the screened in back porch area.

Fantastic home. Owners are extremely responsive. House was very spacious and great location. Golf Cart is a huge plus being able to take it to the wharf and the beach.

Great Location

We loved staying in this unit. Golf Cart is top notch for getting to beach. Community pool is just the right size for our party with 10 children under the age of 9 in tow. We will be staying again.
