çok güzel

Harika bir haftaydı. Her zaman gittiğimiz "Herşey dahil" otelleri ararız diye düşünmüştük. Ama aramak ne kelime bir daha onlara gitmeme kararı aldık. Demanslı babama bile çok iyi geldi. Havuz hemen evin önünde bizimdi. Misafirler de düzeyliydi. Üstelik köpek ve kediler çok tatlılardı. Aklımız da onlarda kaldı. Tek bir sorun alt katta tuvalet olmamasıydı. Onu da çok yakın ve tertemiz (gerçekten temiz) olan havuz tuvaletiyle çözdük. Babamı oraya götürdük. Bizim için biraz sıcak olan havuz suyu yaşlılar için harika oldu. Normalde sudan hemen çıkarlar, burada çıkmadılar, 1 saat suda kalabildiler ve bu da sağlıklarına çok iyi geldi. Plaj aslında yürünebilir mesafede ancak yaşlılar olunca araçla gittik. Plaj Ay Işığı her zaman gittiğimiz deniz ve mükemmel. Bizim şezlonga ihtiyacımız yok. Yaşlıları denize sokuyorum hiç denizden çıkmıyoruz. ve çok iyi geliyor. annemin de babamın da akşam uykularına çok iyi geldi. Evde Buzdolabı, ocak, tabak kapkacak, fırın ve çamaşır makinesi herşey var. Tek büyük bir salata kasesi eksikti. Çok güzel seneye de geliriz. Umarım fiyatı artmaz. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyoruz.

Güzel bir yer, memnun kaldık.

4 kişilik aile olarak konakladık. Yeri doğaya yakın, havası temiz. Yer temiz, bakımlı, havuz manzaralı bahçe dubleksi. Gayet keyifli. Bahçede havuz manzaralı kahvaltı, yemek yiyebilirsiniz. Akşamları hafif esinti var. Klima kullanmaya bile gerek görmedik. Görevliler her türlü sorununuzla ilgilenip çözüyorlar.

4 gece 5 gündüz çatı katı 2 katlı oda da kaldım. Oda temiz değildi.Çarşaflar temiz değildi. Resepsiyonu bile yok. 4 günde 1 oda temizliği var denmesine rağmen 4. Gün kimse gelmedi. Okadar odaya sadece 1 kişi bakıyor temizlik için. Bekçi kulubesinde bekleyen görevli otel misafirlerine “kardeş” diyerek hitap ediyor. Densizlik. Havlu istediğimizde tek bir kişi görevli olduğu için 1 saat sonra getiriyor başka semte gitmem lazım diyor. Üst katta kalınan odada cam yok havasızlıktan öldük. Yazık verdiğimiz paraya. Paranıza yazık olmasın kesinlikle önermem

Non je suis pas satisfaite les personnel son agresif sous alcool manque beaucoup de choses serviettes, grille a linge plus équipement cuisine les prises son cassé plus la climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement la propreté zéro les personnel nous parle mal avec des blagues qui se fout de notre gueule plus la piscine manque du clore elle était salle une journée perdu nettoyage du piscine pendant 5h plus ma voiture qui a était salle avec leur nettoyage du trottoir merci de prendre en compte

De appartementen waren zeer netjes en ruimtelijk ingericht, relatief nieuw complex wat er voor zorgt dat alles schoon en van deze tijd is. Wij hadden een appartement deels op begaande grond waardoor je lekker vanuit de kamer naar de tuin kon lopen en zo het zwembad in kon duiken. Ultiem genieten! De eigenaar en het personeel waren heel vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Willen er iets moois van maken. Complimenten voor deze accommodatie!

Yeni bir tesis olduğu için her yer tertemiz Konum olarak ormanın tam dibinde gürültüden biraz uzak tatil isteyenler için ideal bir yer TV ile ilgili küçük bir sorun yaşadığımızı ilettik hemen yardımcı olup yerimizi değiştirdiler Ev içerisinde her şey mevcut kendinizi tatilde değilde kendi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz.

Harika, şık ve kullanışlı apart.

Truemar Hotel de ailece 5 kişi konakladık. Gerçekten genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Sadece girişte temizlik konusunda ufak bir sorun yaşadık ama otel personeli gayet ilgili olduğu için sorunu aştık. Onun haricinde çok memnun kaldık. Bir de odalarda faraş ve süpürge olmasında fayda olabilir. Ama şimdiye kadar kaldığımız en iyi apart. Cam ankastre seti var. Tabi fırın dahil. Mobilyalar yeni ve temiz. Otelin sahibi Emine hanım ve eşi çok kibar çok ilgililer. Kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Havuzu çok temiz ve yeterince büyük. Bahçe katı dubleksinde acaip keyif alarak kaldık. Ormanın hemen dibinde. Kemer turistik merkeze çok yakın. Seneye inşallah tekrar gideceğiz. Emine hanım ve eşini gerçekten tebrik ediyoruz bu kadar hoş temiz ve düzgün bir yer işlettikleri için. Herkese şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz.

konum olarak ormana çok yakın, odalar çok temiz ve yeterince büyük, mutfak araç ve gereçleri çok yeni ve temiz, havuz büyük ve hijyenik ( 2 yaşındaki kızımı rahatlıkla çocuk havuzuna soktuk), diğer misafirler de gayet saygılıydı.yeni açıldığı için küçük eksiklikler oldu( bebek yatağı,sac kurutma mak.) fakat kısa sürede çözüldü. Murat bey ve diğer personel çok yardımcı oldular. umarım başarılı hizmetlerini uzun süre devam ettirirler.
