Margott lägenhet ligger på andra våningen utan hiss och har totalrenoverats och smakfullt inredda. hålla intakt den forntida smaken på de höljet tak. När du kommer in hittar du vardagsrummet med den romantiska spisen, bordet för 6 personer, den bekväma bäddsoffan för 2 personer, det öppna köket doldt av skjutbara paneler.
Sovrummet med fönster har en stor garderob och badrummet med en stor bekväm dusch är designad av Antonio Lupi. lägenheten är ljus och utrustad med dubbelglas, pansardörr med europeiskt cylinderlås.

Wonderful Stay.

Great location, apartment and host. The apartment was exactly as described, it was very close to sites, shops and restaurants. Very clean, spacious and included everything we needed for our one week stay. The host was also very helpful and replied instantly to any questions we asked.

The property was lovely and well-equipped. It is located close to the center of old Florence. It has several excellent restaurants nearby. The host communicated to us well ahead of our arrival. Access to the apartment was very easy and self-service.

This property is the perfect size for a small family, and the location is a short walk from all city center attractions. Marina was an excellent host! Five stars!!!!!

Wonderful stay in Firenze

Wonderful location steps from Santa Croce square. Marina's apartment is perfectly situated on a quiet street in the heart of Florence walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the train station. Her apartment is as immaculate as her photos display, beautifully maintained and offers "the little things" (outlet converters, a scissor, Levazza coffee machine) which reminded us of her thoughthfulness and professionalism every time we discovered we needed something, and it was there! Our only regret was our 8 day stay was not long enough. We hope to be back to stay at Marina's "five star" apartment home soon.

Centrally located & comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marina’s comfortable apartment. We were able to walk everywhere, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes near by. The apartment was extremely clean, and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Marina was communicative and helpful, and she scheduled a taxi to take us back to the train station. We would definitely recommend staying here for your stay in Florence.

The Perfect Luxury Apartment in Florence

Location Location Location

This property was conveniently located, and within walking distance of all of the sites. Marina was a gracious host, even though she was unable to meet with us personally. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Florence is a beautiful city, and we can’t wait to return!

Great location and lovely apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family of four (two adults, 13-year old and 9-year old). The location was amazing — almost across the street from Santa Croce church, easy walk to Uffizi, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and more! Definitely recommend.

Great apartment close to most places.

Very nice, modern apartment. Marina was quite helpful and had a manual on the area, restaurants and how the apartment appliances work. 60 stairs to the apartment.

Lovely apartment with primo location

We enjoyed our three nights at Marina’s Florence apartment. Walking anywhere is easy. We appreciated the clean and spacious accommodations and the washer was a bonus. Very quiet at night. Marina made checking in easy and she was helpful with questions. Bravo!

Renaissance Delight!

We have been to many VRBO rentals but have never met anyone as kind as thorough as Marina. She was helpful in planning our time. The unit was immaculate and perfectly located. We were only sorry that we had such a short stay. Thank you for a wonderful visit and we hope to return!

Sentiment mitigé!

Appartement agréable situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur donc pas simple lorsqu'on est chargés. Il est inscrit dans l'annonce en gros caractères : PARKING GRATUIT. Non seulement le parking n'est pas gratuit mais en plus on a payé 128 euros pour accéder à un parking privé aux alentours. Je conseille à ceux qui viennent à Florence en voiture de loger à l'extérieur de la ville car le parking augmente de façon conséquente le prix journalier de l'appartement. Hôte sympathique néanmoins mais qui a refusé d'admettre qu'il est écrit sur son annonce: parking gratuit alors que c'est même écrit en en-tête de cette demande d'appréciation: ELEGANT DESIGN centre historique - GARAGE GRATUIT. Incompréhensible et mensonger.

Location, location, location!!

This property was as advertised….clean, close to everything, comfortable with great AC, a great shower/bathroom and even a washer! We had come from 3 other cities and had quite a bit of laundry, but we were able to get it all done. We hung dry everything and it was all dry by the morning! Maria was super sweet, prompt with her responses and was an overall fantastic host!

Excellent Stay in Florence!

This was such a great apartment on an adorable street right off of the Santa Croce square. There is a cab stand half a block away if needed but you probably won't because everything is walkable from this location. There are cafe's and little bars all around this place. There is a walk up about three flights of stairs so just something to note, but that was a nice little jaunt after eating all of the amazing food everyday! Marina was an incredible host! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful time in the apartment and in Florence. The apartment is in a great location within 5-15 minutes walking distance from all the major sights. The San Croce neighborhood is lovely with lots of local restaurants and bars. It makes you feel like you are living like a local. Marina was a wonderful host. Very communicative and responsive. She kindly help us arrange taxi’s on 2 occasions. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Florence.
