Amazing Beach front home with amazing ocean views from all 4 porches. Kick back in your private beach house and enjoy all the beach has to offer.

A few steps from porch is the boardwalk that takes you down to beautiful Vilano Beach. Relax in the provided beach chairs and watch the kids on the boogie boards while you take advantage of the Florida sunshine, or relax by the community pool. The outside shower is perfect for removing the sand and salt after a day at the beach.

The well equipped kitchen features full size appliances along with plenty of prep and counter space. Separate dining area seats 8 with an incredible ocean view or make the most of the outside patio table on the covered porch offering seating for 8.

Within walking distance to several ocean front restaurants and piers. Close to downtown Saint Augustine where you can experience ghost or sunset tours. Spend the day at the oldest fort in the U.S. Then grab a bite at one of the many restaurants in town.

Seaside Vilano Beach

Great location!!! love St. Augustine and the atmosphere. Second year we rented. The house is very nice.

Family trip

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our group of 12. The view is beautiful, lots of dolphins and gorgeous sunrises. The house was very clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the beach games and chairs.

Great beach and family fun vacation.

An oceanfront rental that sleeps 12 is hard to find, so this is the place. This home is fantastic. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you need from beach towels to extra linens and pillows. 2 large master suites with 4 spacious bedrooms gives you enough room for 2 families to share a vacation. The owners are local to Jacksonville which makes contact easy. The pool is a very short walk from the house and the Publix is literally at the end of the drive. Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and historic St. Augustine with all the shops is 10 minutes away. The family rented a pontoon boat and sailed up and down the river docking at the state park and near the fort. Great beach and family fun vacation. We'll be back next year.

Great experience with a wonderful layout and superb location. The owners have the house very well equipped and easy for the perfect vacation. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Front Row Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. My friends and I rented this house for a four day weekend with three days of concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre. The location in Vilano Beach was convenient to groceries, restaurants and liquor, not to mention having the Atlantic Ocena right out our balcony. The house itself was in great shape. Plenty of room and comfy beds. We will definitely be looking to reserve this house for our trip next year.
