We've been renting from VRBO for over 20 years here in the U.S. and Europe. This home and it's owner Shelley provided the finest experience of all the properties we've ever stayed at. A quick 10-15 minutes to the Guildford train station which takes you into London. The home is quiet at night, we never heard a sound in our 2 weeks, which makes for a restful sleep. Location is in a gorgeous, green area and the house garden is bursting with flowers. House interior offered every amenity we needed along with a few edible surprises! Beds were very comfortable. We'll be back. Worth the price for the best vacation. Ron

It may lack kerb appeal, but it makes up for it in teh inside. Big, proportioned bedrooms and very clean. House was well kept and tastefully decorated. Was exactly as we wanted and close to all the amenities we were there for.

We loved our stay. The location was great for us to explore england. About an hour to London downtown (drive to Guildford, then take the train). The house was great for us (6 Adults, 2 Kids). The host was great too, and very helpful. The property was great to relax. The photos definitely don’t overstate the picturesqueness of the place.

My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. My kids enjoyed picking strawberries from the garden and bouncing on the trampoline. The cottage itself was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. It was clean and equipped with what we needed to prepare light meals during the stay. We will gladly return here again. Thanks for a memorable time, Emma and Paul!
