We stayed with our family and friends and had an excellent time! There were 9 of us in total and there was plenty of space for all. Loved the pool overlooking the ocean and nearby island. Short walk down the hill to the beach was manageable. The house was comfortable and well-equipped with most everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

On the return ferry after our visit to Culebra, we told a local where we had stayed. He said, "Congratulations. That is the only world class rental to stay in Culebra, if you can actually get it."And, we would have to agree. You are situated at the best end (East side) of the best beach (Flamenco) in the best VRBO in Culebra. You can literally throw a stone and hit the beach, if not the water. Yet still have privacy thanks to a wall of foliage that you can see out, but people on the beach can't see in. Absolutely amazing to just walk out of the house, not having to carry food or water or worry about a bathroom, because it's all a few steps from the beach whenever you want to come in for a break. The place was secluded, private, and expertly executed. Multiple times during our stay, we'd have the thought, "Oh, wouldn't it be nice if they had..." And then moments later, we realized they had already thought of it. From the Nespresso with pods, to several bags of ice, to sunscreen and bug spray, water sports gear. It was amazing to all of the little extras and amenities to be absolutely comfortable and still have the insanely convenient access to Flamenco Beach. If we visit Culebra again, we will be sure to book far enough in advance to stay here again. No other place really compares.

Traveling as two “seasoned” adult couples to the island of Culebra for a few days. Our property owner Joey was fabulous from the first click on booking. Joey recommended island favorites for activities, who to contact, where to shop, eat, relax! Although we found it hard to leave the gorgeous view from the pool at sunset. Kitchen is well stocked for in home cooking and enjoying a variety of new veggies and fruits from the island.Highly recommend making Zoni (beach close to house) a priority. We saved it for last and had rain that day.

The listing doesn't even do this place justice. The views and accommodations were absolutely fabulous. We loved Culebra and this home made it all even better. We traveled with a group of 8 adults and we were all very comfortable. Waking up to coffee by the ocean and ending with the lovely views of the pool was such a treat. A couple of our group members even snorkeled at the base of the property. The private dock and small beach were just perfect. A jeep was absolutely necessary to get to the property itself, and 4WD was great when it was rainy. We will be coming back as soon as we can!!

We loved a ton of things about the property: spectacular views of the ocean and sunset from the upper deck, a small but nice pool, a very nicely equipped kitchen, and lots of space to spread out or hang out together. The owner and property manager were helpful and communicative. Culebra itself also played a starring role of course!A few things to note:1. There were a ton of mosquitoes during our visit, mostly outside the house but seemingly unavoidably some inside as well. Countermeasures mitigated but did not eliminate this perpetual annoyance.2. A golf cart will not cut it. Don’t even think about a bike unless you’re Lance Armstrong. You will need a Bronco or similar. However if in good shape and not carrying much the hill is walkable.3. To be a good citizen and guest, you’ll need to limit your water usage. Culebra is an isolated island with limited supplies.4. We suffered through brief blackouts (Puerto Rico-wide) and water outages (due to maintenance worker negligence; quickly corrected once diagnosed). These exact events are of course unlikely to repeat on your visit, but stuff happens.Still, we had a wonderful visit and would not hesitate to recommend the place to anyone comfortable with the issues noted.

Wow. I am speechless. This stay is definitely at the top of my list. The property is drop dead gorgeous. Our hosts thought of everything we might need, from a vacuum, to a steamer, games, robes, and even makeup remover. There was so much thought and care put into this rental and it showed. The view is unreal. We truly felt like we were on our own private island. Perfect distance from town and easy to get to once we were shown the way. The pool is clean, warm, and serene. The outdoor shower was magical and you truly felt submerged in nature. The beach access had everything we could need from chairs to floaters and kayaks. I’ve never been more relaxed and overwhelmed with such beauty!! Punta flamenco, we will be back!

Convenient location for getting around the beautiful island. Nice bed. We cooked in the kitchen & had what we needed. Continuous symphony of chickens, as is common on Culebra. :)
