Vacation rentals near Braga Cathedral

The pool house is the best!! It is in a great location for exploring the surrounding area but away from the busy city so you can enjoy some peace and quiet. Virginia and family were so welcoming and made us feel like we were longtime friends. She had even made a salad and had food and drinks to get us started when we arrived. Very much appreciated! I almost don’t want to give the pool house a good review because I’m hoping to stay again when we come back to Portugal - I don’t want it to become too popular. Truly, thank you, thank you, thank you Virginia for letting us enjoy your pool house!

From the perfect location to its central proximity to all the best Braga has to offer, it couldn’t have been better. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and just what we needed for our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city! We’ll definitely be back for another stay soon!

This is a great flat to stay in for a Braga vacation. It is just outside the gate, and a very short walk from the train station. There is also a Brazilian cafe at the door—the cheesy bread is delicious and inexpensive. The bed is firm with a warm comforter, there is AC available, there are some kitchen accessories provided, and the fridge is large. The shower is nice, with plenty of hot water. The bathroom (toilet room) is pretty small. There is a Continente about 20 minutes’ walk from the flat, and a large mall with an Auchan not too far away by bus. The pedestrianized area of Braga is literally at your doorstep and very convenient. Daniela is very helpful, and was great when I had an issue and needed help. I would happily stay here again.

Very charming, yet comfortable apartment for a couple or small group. Walking distance to most sites of interest in Braga. Several excellent restaurants and coffee shops within steps of our door. We would choose this property again.

Ideal location close to shops, restaurants, and transit. Well-equipped, clean and quiet with on-site laundry facility. We recommend it and would stay there again.

Great location and beautiful spot. One thing though-if you have chemical sensitivities, do not stay here.

We loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, the room was really comfortable. But I have two suggestions that would make this place even better: a sign on the property would be really helpful. There is a restaurant and bar in the same building and the folks there were so kind in reassuring us we were in the right place. Also I was given 3 phone numbers to be in touch with the owner when we arrived and none of them worked. Thank goodness for email! We were able to contact them in that way. The young lady that finally met up with us was so sweet and helpful. Overall it was a lovely stay.
