Southwest Annex vacation rentals

The landscaping is gorgeous and accessible, with a ramp and handrails. It's close to the freeway but it doesn't feel like it. About a mile from Point Isabel, which has a huge off-leash dog park (unfenced). My dog and I really enjoyed our morning walks there.

Very beautiful and lovely RV. I enjoyed my stay there and Daisy is a nice host. I look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

Cute, well put together little house that had everything we needed for the few days we were in the area. Great communication with the owner of the unit. Would recommend!

Xabier was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet little bungalow. It was spacious enough for our family of four. We enjoyed the comfortable layout, turf backyard, and the hot tub (though we wish the tub had been as sparkling clean as the rest of the house). The location is excellent: walking distance from playgrounds and the grocery store, and just a 10-15 minute walk from El Cerrito Plaza. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Xabier!

Seven family members from all over the country really enjoyed our stay at this cool and really funky house. It was very comfy and had everything we needed. Thanks a ton Alma!

I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well.
