We fell in love with Boothbay Harbor and our VRBO was right in the middle of it all. The bed was super comfortable, space was tidy and our hosts were lovely! Highly recommend this perfect location.

One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. Everything was new, modern and comfortable. Nothing but positive things to say about the house and the Owner.

This house is in a private location, quiet and beautiful at the end of the road. The pictures accurately reflect the house, which is very comfortable, especially the screened porch. The fenced yard was a bonus, as was the dock. Overall, a very tranquil, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We walked into town on multiple occasions. Another plus is the owners who are very helpful and responsive. I hope we can return in the future.

Everything was great..... great location, great view, great cabin by the sea. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Hope to back.

We needed a last-minute place to stay on the peninsula and found the Perch which is conveniently located just above Tenant's Harbor. It's nestled in an odd lot but don't let that fool you. It's a great location to explore the peninsula and easy access to the cities of Thomaston/ Rockland. Best of both worlds! Even better, it is comfortable, clean, and efficient with lots of amenities. Everything was thoughtfully built and designed. The hosts provide lots of conveniences such as a well-stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, and lots of pet perks if you bring your four-legged family members. They were very easy to communicate with and incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way! This is a new construction and it appeared to us that they are still fine-tuning the landscaping and other details, so I expect a wonderful experience to only get better!

This house is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk to the shops/restaurants of Boothbay Harbor by way of the foot bridge. The view of Lobster Cove from the front deck is beautiful. The yard provided space for our teens to throw the football and Frisbee around. The layout of the home is perfect for a family of 4.

This felt like home away from home. This was my first time trying VRBO and I have heard horror stories, but my experience was wonderful. The home was clean, open enough to all be together while also allowing us to each have space. The hosts are just next door and are happy to help with anything: recommendations on where to go, want to purchase lobster, run out of gas for the grill they will take care of it. We were a group of 6 adults (2 couples and 2 singles) along with 2 little boys (5 and 2). The boys loved the yard they could run around in and the pool they could splash in. The adults enjoyed the deck right off the kitchen dining room. We will definitely be back.
