  • Secluded and Quiet

"My wife and I chose Lake Wallenpaupack up in the Pocono Mountains to spend our 30 year anniversary. Upon arriving at the cabin, we were greeted by the owner and very comfortably welcomed. Mr. Ammon was very knowledgeable about the lake and we seeded deep in it's history. The cabin was roomy, clean and had all the comforts of home. The view of the lake from the back desk was awesome. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of fast paced life and seclude yourself for a few days in Pennsylvania's beauty, look no more."

  • Clean and modern

"Joan was a wonderful host. She answered all questions and was available to answer any questions. The house is really "zen" and relaxing. We appreciated the "gift" that Joan left for us on our arrival. We definitely plan on renting again"

  • Fabulous vacation!

"Having rented several properties at different Pocono resort communities, I have to say that this is unquestionably one of the best. Everyone in our group, young (and no so young), absolutely loved it! The house was impeccably clean and in excellent condition. As others have said, the pictures really don’t do it justice. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and was large enough to accommodate several of us at once. The furnishings were ample and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather together for “family time” as well as to spread out when people needed a little space. From early morning breakfasts on the beautiful, private deck, to game time downstairs at night, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute there. As for the community, the teens and young ones loved the heated pool with slides and kiddie area, and the grandparents appreciated the ample poolside seating with shade. There’s a playground adjacent as well as a small general store and a community center with an arcade, planned activities, and a restaurant serving everything from steak and seafood to pizza. Down the road a little way there’s a lake with a fabulous sandy beach, snack shop, and small watercraft (kayaks, canoes, paddle boats) that are available free of charge to enjoy. There’s also a stable where pony, arena, and trail rides are offered. We were impressed by the cleanliness and condition of all of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already trying to find a way to make it back next year. Finally, Gina was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was extremely responsive and not only answered any questions that came up, but went out of her way to offer suggestions to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. I have no qualms about highly recommending this property!"

  • Perfect getaway

"We have been renting this home for the past few summers with a group of old college friends. After giving up tents, we opted for this beautiful house for our annual summer gathering. The home is clean, spacious, and has an incredible hot tub! We didn't have to give up the camping "feel" since the house also has a fire pit. Also, it's only about a 10 minute drive to the Delaware river so we can continue our rafting tradition. We would highly recommend Tiffany's home!"
