Our ‘Champagne’ apartment is more spectacular than any Paris romantic hotel — the perfect setting for a honeymoon or romantic getaway! That’s why we named it Champagne! Frequently booked by former guests and their friends, they all agree that it easily beats any Paris romantic hotel.
A gorgeous apartment with a balcony and Eiffel Tower views, it has been rented for Paris weddings, marriage proposals, and honeymoons to outstanding reviews. With wedding parties able to rent our other apartments nearby, as they would rent additional rooms in a luxury hotel, there is simply no comparison of the advantages gained by having the additional space, balconies, and views of our Paris apartment rentals.
This one-bedroom apartment measures a spacious 550 square feet and comfortably sleeps 2 in grand style — try to find that in a Paris romantic hotel! Its popular for Paris honeymoons and is a fantastic alternative to a Paris hotel. It belonged to a Parisian businessman who installed his mistress there at the end of World War II, where she lived until her death in 1998.
Totally remodeled, Champagne has a light and spacious feel as it is furnished in creams and beiges to compliment its original parquet floors. The living room, dining room, and balcony offer panormaic views of the Champ de Mars Gardens and unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower. A round marble bistro table and chairs sit on the balcony, so you can toast your arrival at sunset with your favorite wine, or enjoy café’ au lait with warm, buttery croissants from the patisserie next door each morning. Don’t forget to grab the Herald Tribune or Wall Street Journal at the newsstand three doors away. And please let us know if you are reserving for a special occasion so we can greet you with a chilled bottle of Champagne on your arrival!
Of course, the highlight of our apartment is the balcony and view, especially at night when the romance begins; the Eiffel Tower lights up with 20,000 lights that twinkle and shine for 10 minutes every hour on the hour after dark. It is simply unforgettable! It’s also part of the magic to just enjoy watching the day unfold below as Parisians go to the café for a morning espresso, shop for their baguette, or head off to an open market with their shopping baskets. You can't get all that in a Paris romatic hotel.
The bedroom of our apartment features a comfortable dual king bed with 2 sets of built-in closets. The bed was imported from Italy and is of the highest quality.
All of our windows and doors have the highest quality sound proofing, the same as your find in Paris luxury hotels, so you can count on getting an excellent night’s sleep. And the apartment is air-conditioned, an important and rare feature in most Paris apartment rentals and even in a luxury Paris romatic hotel!
Find oak parquet floors, a beautiful red marble fireplace, and a comfortable convertible sofa, a popular option as our guests love to fall asleep watching the magic light show on the Eiffel Tower. Find a TV with DVD player and CD sound system for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping, and we even installed wireless Internet so you can work or email friends and family at home during your stay.
The bathroom, tiled in pale beige French limestone, has a large,
fixed shower — a rare feature in Paris — and an 80-gallon hot water tank (the largest one made for residential use). It also features double sinks and a combination washer/dryer, so it's convenient too.
We know of few other apartments or hotels that offer a front seat Eiffel Tower view and balcony comparable to this one. The dining room has a contemporary Italian chandelier and an Italian glasstop table that seats 4. As in the living room, three pairs of French doors lead onto the balcony. Imagine what you’d pay for a front row dining table with views of the Eiffel Tower straight ahead of you! It’s no extra charge when you stay in our Champagne Paris apartment rental.
The kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, pink granite tops, and a 'window' over the sink so you can enjoy the Eiffel Tower view even when doing the dishes! It is fitted with every appliance you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals, and our dishes are from E. Dehellerin in Paris, the shop which furnishes all good restaurants.
At ParisPerfect, we strive to provide you with the experience of being in Paris throughout the apartment. Elegant touches are everywhere, such as the eclectic mix of modern and antique-style furniture, the very best linens and towels, designer soaps for the bath, and a large selection of Paris guidebooks and other information about the neighborhood for you to peruse during your stay.
And we go a great deal further in ensuring your total comfort and relaxation by employing our own team of English-speaking greeters to meet you at the door when you arrive, ready to explain how all of the appliances operate and answer any questions you may have. Besides sending you a 35-page information pack well before you arrive, our on-site English-speaking management team is available to you 7 days a week. We also employ our own cleaning staff and maintenance team trained to our exacting standards. On-site management and services like these may not be obvious when you shop and compare Paris apartments or a Paris romantic hotel, but they can make all the difference in your stay.

The Most Beautiful Apt in Paris! Air Con + Skyline Views!
Year Purchased: 1998
Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7
The decision was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find which combined a lively village-like neighborhood with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops, walking distance to landmarks and monuments. We wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmakrs and museums… and with more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. The 7th offered it all.
We loved the fact that it has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. Tey know what our favorite cheeses are and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find. We can stroll to our favorite haunts through beautiful streets and along the river bank rather than taking the metro.
We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: Paris landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, even the Arc de Triomphe; to discount stores in the quartier next door, to morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, to picnics and sunset walks to Place de la Concorde and home along the river bank.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
Enjoy unforgettable Eiffel Tower views, balconies and air conditioning in our Paris apartments.
You invest a lot to come to Paris and we want you to enjoy every minute, from the moment you wake up in the morning and buy buttery warm croissants around the corner, to enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower every evening. Children and parents alike never forget the magic light show that starts after dark on the Eiffel Tower, when 20,000 lights start to twinkle on the hour for a few minutes. They beg their parents to let them stay up for one more hour in order to see it 'just one more time'.
We know you have dozens of options to evaluate on VRBO. We are unique because we offer the most beautiful apartments in the best and safest locations in Paris. Most of our apartments offer stunning Paris views for memories of a lifetime. Most important, we have physical offices located nearby that are staffed 7 days a week with a friendly English-speaking team to help you in every way. We are there to offer a warm welcome at a spotlessly clean apartment when you arrive, to answer questions and to help in every way. We have our own full time cleaning team and greeters – not contract employees who cover hundreds of apartments for hundreds of distant owners. And we are the only company in Paris to offer this. It is a significant investment but for your peace of mind and enjoy, we think it’s worth it!
You’ll love living like a Parisian in our charming Paris neighborhood, strolling to landmarks and monuments nearby. Our apartments are located near to more open air markets than any other neighborhood in Paris; you’ll love shopping with Parisians for the freshest foods to enjoy at home that evening. That is what we want you to experience in Paris, so you’ll come back to stay with us time and again!

My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

“Champagne is a wonderfully comfortable apartment for a stay in Paris. The neighborhood is unsurpassable, with everything just a few steps from the apartment. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen had all that was necessary to prepare a simple meal. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the apartment very quiet at night. The view from our living room of the Eiffel Tower and its nightly display was perfect. The only negative we encountered was the combo washer/dryer. The soap did not dissolve and the dryer did not dry no matter how high we set the spin cycle on the washer. It is showing its age and could stand to be replaced. The Paris Perfect team is patient and knowledgeable and almost always available to handle any situation that might arise. We are spoiled. I cannot imagine staying in a hotel in Paris ever again. We will return to stay with Paris Perfect."

"We spent 4+ months travelling Europe in late 2010 as a 40th wedding anniversary trip and spent 9 nights in the Champagne apartment managed by Paris Perfect for our actual anniversary on December 7th. What a special place this was! Located so close to the Eiffel Tower, with magnificent views, both at night and during the day. The area around the apartment was filled with restaurants, markets and specialty food shops - a gourmet's heaven. Transport was close by that took you to any part of Paris. The apartment was beautiful, with a fantastic kitchen - although we did not cook much for ourselves. There was too much temptation just outside the front door of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had free Wi-fi and free phone to most areas - very civilised. For our special night we had dinner prepared and served in our apartment by Dianne anthonissen - what a treat and worth every cent!"

"We rented the Champagne apartment for our wedding and honeymoon, and it exceeded all of our expectations. To view of the Eiffel Tower from your living room sofa is a once in a lifetime experience in itself. The apartment has four French doors that open to a wrap-around balcony, which is lovely for entertaining. We were able to entertain before the wedding, and enjoy it for ourselves afterward. The apartment's location is perfect. It is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, many bistros, the Champs Elysees, public transportation, and the Paris Perfect main office. We highly recommend Paris Perfect! "

"Location, location, location! A great way to start the day and end the day with the view of the eifel tower! The restaurants by the apartment are so delicious and the close walk to rue clear was priceless! It sits on the 5th floor so you don't get too much noie and convenient to train stations. It was perfect for our family of four and we cannot wait to go back!!!"

"We loved the apartment and especially the location. The Tour Eiffel directly out of the window sparkling every night was very special. My wife's 50th birthday was spent doing the cooking class at Violin D'Ingres with Stephan Schmidt and we had an absolute ball, with a fantastic meal at lunchtime. Then on to the Tour Eiffel for dinner, champagne and a great view over Paris. The apartment was everything we expected. The Rue St Dominique has nearly everything needed for everyday living and the access to the buses across the road ensured that we could easily get around Paris. We generally took a bus to wherever it went in the morning and spent the days walking back through the streets to the apartment for a freshen up and an aperitif before dinner somewhere. A great 8 days, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

Our stay with Paris Perfect in their "Champagne" apartment was fantastic! Madelyn and Philippe have built a wonderful organization (we stayed in their "Cornwall" apartment through London Perfect prior to our Paris holiday). The whole experience of dealing with Paris Perfect is what stands out the most to us. From the 31 page Paris info package by Madelyn to the personal welcome on arrival; to the welcome bottle of champagne, milk, orange juice etc; to the cleanliness, funtionality and decor of the apartment; and, most importantly, to the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed "Champagne" so much that we often brought food and wine back, opened the windows and sat there admiring the view. We will definitely be going back......

A belated thank you for our wonderful stay in Champagne from July 13, 2010. It was the fourth time for us and we really felt at home. We were met by Suhibe and he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was as beautiful as ever. We enjoyed the new furnishings and the rooms had just been freshly painted. The new bedroom decor is lovely and the linens and pillows are superb. We could not believe how tall the trees have grown on Ave. De La Bourdonnais . We also enjoyed the Hydro toiletries. Needless to say we would never be happy anywhere else. Thank you for keeping your properties in such excellent condition and remembering our 50th wedding anniversary with a delicious bottle of Gerard Gaupillot.

Our family with two teenage daughters stayed for one week at the beautiful Champagne Apartment. We travelled on the Eurostar and were collected by Victor's taxis at Gare du Nord - so easy! The beautiful apartment was ideal for us - so close to all the main attractions in Paris. We filled our week with so many memories including lunch up the Eiffel Tower, taking a river cruise down the Seine buying cheaper tickets from the Paris Perfect representatives. A trip out to Versailles. We ate our meals on the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower - magic! Thank you for making it such a memorable stay.We will be coming back soon

"We have stayed in many short term lease apartments and houses around the world over the years. Your Champagne apartment in Paris ranks right at the top for 2 important reasons; the location was premier and the furnishings looked like an elegant home, not just a rental. The travel information complied by the Paris Perfect team was right on target and very much appreciated. We would certainly stay at this or any other "Perfect" apartment again. "
