Our ‘Champagne’ apartment is more spectacular than any Paris romantic hotel — the perfect setting for a honeymoon or romantic getaway! That’s why we named it Champagne! Frequently booked by former guests and their friends, they all agree that it easily beats any Paris romantic hotel.

A gorgeous apartment with a balcony and Eiffel Tower views, it has been rented for Paris weddings, marriage proposals, and honeymoons to outstanding reviews. With wedding parties able to rent our other apartments nearby, as they would rent additional rooms in a luxury hotel, there is simply no comparison of the advantages gained by having the additional space, balconies, and views of our Paris apartment rentals.

This one-bedroom apartment measures a spacious 550 square feet and comfortably sleeps 2 in grand style — try to find that in a Paris romantic hotel! Its popular for Paris honeymoons and is a fantastic alternative to a Paris hotel. It belonged to a Parisian businessman who installed his mistress there at the end of World War II, where she lived until her death in 1998.

Totally remodeled, Champagne has a light and spacious feel as it is furnished in creams and beiges to compliment its original parquet floors. The living room, dining room, and balcony offer panormaic views of the Champ de Mars Gardens and unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower. A round marble bistro table and chairs sit on the balcony, so you can toast your arrival at sunset with your favorite wine, or enjoy café’ au lait with warm, buttery croissants from the patisserie next door each morning. Don’t forget to grab the Herald Tribune or Wall Street Journal at the newsstand three doors away. And please let us know if you are reserving for a special occasion so we can greet you with a chilled bottle of Champagne on your arrival!

Of course, the highlight of our apartment is the balcony and view, especially at night when the romance begins; the Eiffel Tower lights up with 20,000 lights that twinkle and shine for 10 minutes every hour on the hour after dark. It is simply unforgettable! It’s also part of the magic to just enjoy watching the day unfold below as Parisians go to the café for a morning espresso, shop for their baguette, or head off to an open market with their shopping baskets. You can't get all that in a Paris romatic hotel.
The bedroom of our apartment features a comfortable dual king bed with 2 sets of built-in closets. The bed was imported from Italy and is of the highest quality.

All of our windows and doors have the highest quality sound proofing, the same as your find in Paris luxury hotels, so you can count on getting an excellent night’s sleep. And the apartment is air-conditioned, an important and rare feature in most Paris apartment rentals and even in a luxury Paris romatic hotel!

Find oak parquet floors, a beautiful red marble fireplace, and a comfortable convertible sofa, a popular option as our guests love to fall asleep watching the magic light show on the Eiffel Tower. Find a TV with DVD player and CD sound system for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping, and we even installed wireless Internet so you can work or email friends and family at home during your stay.

The bathroom, tiled in pale beige French limestone, has a large,
fixed shower — a rare feature in Paris — and an 80-gallon hot water tank (the largest one made for residential use). It also features double sinks and a combination washer/dryer, so it's convenient too.
We know of few other apartments or hotels that offer a front seat Eiffel Tower view and balcony comparable to this one. The dining room has a contemporary Italian chandelier and an Italian glasstop table that seats 4. As in the living room, three pairs of French doors lead onto the balcony. Imagine what you’d pay for a front row dining table with views of the Eiffel Tower straight ahead of you! It’s no extra charge when you stay in our Champagne Paris apartment rental.

The kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, pink granite tops, and a 'window' over the sink so you can enjoy the Eiffel Tower view even when doing the dishes! It is fitted with every appliance you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals, and our dishes are from E. Dehellerin in Paris, the shop which furnishes all good restaurants.

At ParisPerfect, we strive to provide you with the experience of being in Paris throughout the apartment. Elegant touches are everywhere, such as the eclectic mix of modern and antique-style furniture, the very best linens and towels, designer soaps for the bath, and a large selection of Paris guidebooks and other information about the neighborhood for you to peruse during your stay.

And we go a great deal further in ensuring your total comfort and relaxation by employing our own team of English-speaking greeters to meet you at the door when you arrive, ready to explain how all of the appliances operate and answer any questions you may have. Besides sending you a 35-page information pack well before you arrive, our on-site English-speaking management team is available to you 7 days a week. We also employ our own cleaning staff and maintenance team trained to our exacting standards. On-site management and services like these may not be obvious when you shop and compare Paris apartments or a Paris romantic hotel, but they can make all the difference in your stay.

The Most Beautiful Apt in Paris! Air Con + Skyline Views!

Year Purchased: 1998

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7

The decision was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find which combined a lively village-like neighborhood with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops, walking distance to landmarks and monuments. We wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmakrs and museums… and with more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. The 7th offered it all.
We loved the fact that it has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. Tey know what our favorite cheeses are and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find. We can stroll to our favorite haunts through beautiful streets and along the river bank rather than taking the metro.
We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: Paris landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, even the Arc de Triomphe; to discount stores in the quartier next door, to morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, to picnics and sunset walks to Place de la Concorde and home along the river bank.

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment

Enjoy unforgettable Eiffel Tower views, balconies and air conditioning in our Paris apartments.
You invest a lot to come to Paris and we want you to enjoy every minute, from the moment you wake up in the morning and buy buttery warm croissants around the corner, to enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset behind the Eiffel Tower every evening. Children and parents alike never forget the magic light show that starts after dark on the Eiffel Tower, when 20,000 lights start to twinkle on the hour for a few minutes. They beg their parents to let them stay up for one more hour in order to see it 'just one more time'.

We know you have dozens of options to evaluate on VRBO. We are unique because we offer the most beautiful apartments in the best and safest locations in Paris. Most of our apartments offer stunning Paris views for memories of a lifetime. Most important, we have physical offices located nearby that are staffed 7 days a week with a friendly English-speaking team to help you in every way. We are there to offer a warm welcome at a spotlessly clean apartment when you arrive, to answer questions and to help in every way. We have our own full time cleaning team and greeters – not contract employees who cover hundreds of apartments for hundreds of distant owners. And we are the only company in Paris to offer this. It is a significant investment but for your peace of mind and enjoy, we think it’s worth it!

You’ll love living like a Parisian in our charming Paris neighborhood, strolling to landmarks and monuments nearby. Our apartments are located near to more open air markets than any other neighborhood in Paris; you’ll love shopping with Parisians for the freshest foods to enjoy at home that evening. That is what we want you to experience in Paris, so you’ll come back to stay with us time and again!

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7

My husband Philippe and I bought our first apartment in Paris in 1998, when I was a banker commuting from London to Paris, having met him by accident on a ski trip. Philippe was a cardiac surgeon on a world-renowned team in Paris. Friends and family loved our apartment, especially the fantastic views and central Paris location -- walking distance to monuments, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants around the corner that the locals go to. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away...and our vacation rentals business, www.Parisperfect.com... began! Philippe left medicine for business, does medical device consulting as well as managing the finances of our business. We commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!

For the 2nd year in a row my sister and I have stayed at one your Paris Perfect apartments. So far we've stayed at the Pomerol and the Champagne. Each apartment was absolutely gorgeous and they are in wonderful locations. We had everything we needed and appreciated all the extra touches. We could tell all the love that went into each apartment down to individual decorations. We loved having our morning coffee looking out French doors at the beautiful views and then after a day of sightseeing we enjoyed watching the sparkling Eiffel Tower while we relaxed over wine and our day's market purchases. (Those were almost our favorite times). We especially appreciate all the extra Paris information you provide. It's even fun the rest of the year just reading all your beautiful apartment descriptions. It puts us back for a few moments of remembering and future daydreaming. We hope to make this a yearly event. Thank you.”

“What an amazing week in a wonderful apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. This is our fifth time to Paris, but our first time staying at an apartment rather than a hotel – we would never do otherwise! We explored the city’s neighborhoods and found this one in the 7th to be our favorite. We will be back! Thank you all so much.

“What a rare opportunity to feel a part of a neighborhood and yet not feel totally on your own if there are problems/questions re: the apartment you have rented. It is the perfect combination of being independent with back up! The cleanliness and organization/design of the apartments (I stayed in Champagne; my sister was in Volnay) are top notch. The decor is beautiful without fuss. The views to the Eiffel Tower are almost surreal. The experience really was perfect. I will recommend Paris Perfect to everyone I meet who loves to travel.”

On summer evenings on our farm in Australia, Fran and I often sit outside on our veranda, sharing a glass of wine, and looking out over miles of farmland. What an amazing and contrast from the two weeks we spent in Paris last July: to open the balcony doors on the 5th Floor of our apartment in Paris and have the Eiffel Tower, brilliantly lit, standing outside in all its magnificence. Instead of stars, the lights of the Eiffel, and the cafes and apartments on Avenue Rapp and Avenue Bourdonnais. The sounds of the street were barely audible, not disturbing, enough to remind us that here we were again in one of the most elegant and beautiful areas of Paris, the 7th. And what an apartment! I have traveled to Paris many times during the last 30 years, but whether you're young or old, the apartment is the best accommodation I have encountered. The mix of antiques with modern furnishings, together with the charming, and most unexpected assistance, from the likes of Madelyn's manager and cleaners, taxis recommendations and the nearby shopkeepers (who all know Madelyn), made the apartment stay immensely relaxing. We will be returning, and we will be staying in Madelyn's wonderful apartment. She had also left very detailed notes in the apartment about everything you might wish to do in Paris, whether it is museums, shopping, eating, anything but crime. But enough, we were delighted with the apartment and with everything. We are already planning to spend some winter time looking out at snow falling on the Eiffel Tower. But that will be another story.

We stayed in the lovely apartment for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. I have been trying to think of exactly what made the apartment so delightful other than the view. For one thing, it was immaculate, warm and inviting when we arrived bleary-eyed, very early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the linens fresh and pretty. I love to cook and the modern, well-equipped kitchen made it fun for me to do some experimenting with food from the local markets. The dining room, with its fabulous chandelier, huge city map and glass table, was just right for a breakfast of baked goods, lunch quiches and the few evening meals we had there. Although the apartment building is on a busy traffic circle, the apartment was quiet. A bus stop is a few steps from the building so getting around Paris was convenient. When there was a question the staff was always only a phone call away. I had a chance to visit another Paris Perfect apartment and found it equally attractive. Paris Perfect comes highly recommended from this family.”

“Six of my girlfriends and I treated ourselves to 60th birthday gifts to ourselves and spent 8 nights in Provence and 8 nights in Paris. In Paris 5 of us were in the Sancerre and 2 in the Champagne. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FABULOUS WORDS ABOUT THE APARTMENTS AND THE PARIS PERFECT PEOPLE. I had started emailing Madelyn perhaps 3 years ago!! She was always very prompt and informative in her responses. The reservations and payment were all very seamless. Philippe made sure we had the information we needed and guided us through that process. One would never have to worry about booking online with Paris Perfect. Both apartments were as shown on the website and then exceeded our expectations!!! They were both spectacular!! The Tour Eiffel outside our dining room window was so close we felt we could touch it. We were entranced with the "Grande Dame" from the time we would wake up and come out to the dining room for coffee and then again when "She" was "sparkling" at night. We hated to close the shutters and windows to go to bed at night! I was slightly concerned about 5 women with 2 baths and 1 WC with everyone getting ready to start our day in the morning. However, we all worked very well together and never had a problem. There were beautiful LARGE mirrors in both the foyer and living room of the Sancerre to put makeup on and also blow dry hair after showering if another was in the bathroom. Every single detail has been well thought out! The apartment contained lots of storage in beautiful antique chests outside of the bedrooms and large well designed closets or beautiful armoires in the bedrooms. The "Yellow Bible" of information didn't miss anything! We used everything in the apartment very easily! The Nepresso machine was such a treat for me! The neighborhood of both the Sancerre and Champagne is WONDERFUL! The next time I'm in Paris at a Paris Perfect apartment, I'd like to just immerse myself deeply in the immediate area. Rue St. Dominique and Rue de Grenelle (and lots of other streets in the area) have wonderful boulangeries, traiteurs, fleurists, bistros, a fabulous coffee store, cafes, etc., etc. I wouldn't need to travel too far for anything and steeping myself in the area would be delightful! I know I'm speaking for our group of 7 women when I say that our expectations were totally exceeded and we would all stay in these two apartments (or any of the others) in a heartbeat! However, the 2 1/2 weeks we were in Provence and Paris, the temperatures were in the high 80's to mid-90's with major humidity -- our next trip will definitely be in April/May or September/October. There were many days that we faded very early from the heat which, fortunately, left many things for us to see and do on the next trip!!! Merci beaucoup and kudos to Philippe, Madelyn, Carolyn, and Sarah for making this dream trip a reality in a most seamless, fabulous manner.”

“Great to return to "our" apartment. Only disappointment was that the stay was for 8 nights and not 18. We used the bus stop across the street because the 42, 69 and 87 take you almost anywhere the tourists sites are. As for Paris Perfect, there is nothing left to say except - why would anyone rent from anyone else? To Madelyn, Philippe and team, thank you for letting us stay here and for creating a warm, comfortable home-away-from-home.”

Thanks to everyone, esp. Alistair, who went above and beyond to help us - and both young ladies at the office. The apartment was just so lovely and well-equipped. The view was astounding! Waking up every morning, walking for the paper and breakfast croissants, watching "our corner" of Paris wake up and start the day was a memorable experience. The apartment is in a terrific location - everything you could want is right down the street. If you need dry cleaning, or don't want to do your laundry in the apartment, "La Monmartroise Blanchisserie Traditionelle" is a great service, one-day turnaround and the owner is a beautiful and warm Parisienne. Cafe Constant and Cafe de L'Alma were two great restaurant choices right down the street...there are two very close Metro stations. The Champagne apartment lives up to its reputation and then some. Vive Le Paris Perfect!"

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our recent stay at the Champagne apartment. I still feel like it was all a dream. We spent 10 days in Paris and didn't even scratch the surface. Everything we needed was either provided in the apartment or just a few steps away. At the end of a busy day, it was great to have a "home" to come back to and relax. We definitely looked forward to it. And the neighborhood was perfect. The information and recommendations provided were also greatly appreciated. We particularly enjoyed Au Petit Sud Ouest. The owner's wife is one of the loveliest people we have ever met. She guided us through the menu and even chose the wines for us. She knew exactly what we wanted. At first we were a bit intimidated by the "chalkboard" menus. It was hard enough trying to read the handwriting, let alone interpret the items. This experience gave us the confidence that we needed. Thanks again to your wonderful team. They were very charming and gave us the perfect welcome to Paris. We would definitely love to return to Paris someday in the near future. Best Regards,” Maria Diaz - Friday, July 17th 2009
