Map & Owner's Profile

Why the Owner Chose Prescott Valley
We lived in the Quailwood Vacation Rental for a year and when it came time to move we couldn't part with the house. We loved the area and the home itself. So we decided to see how it would do as a vacation rental. We love having it we bring our family up there to vacation as often as possible. It is great because the home is large enough that everyone has their own space but we still get to be together.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I love the location of this house; when driving from Phoenix you don't have to drive the extra 20 minutes to downtown Prescott yet you still have the beautiful weather and scenery. It is also centrally located to some of our favorite things to do: visit Jerome, Out of Africa and Lynx Lake. And lets not forget the golfing. There are several amazing courses within a short drive of the house and the Quailwood Course is right next door. We also love the amenities the clubhouse has to offer. We always hit up the basketball courts and the gym and the kiddos love the unique playgrounds the area offers.
See hundreds of animals from all over the world. Lions, Tigers, Giraffe, Rhinoceros, Black Bear, Camel, Ostrich, Cobras, Zebra, Exotic Birds, Tortoise, Wildebeest, Jaguar, Leopards, Wolves, Hyenas and
Historic Mining Town. Jerome is known as the largest ghost town in America. There are many unique shops and restaurants. This town is awesome to see it is located on top of a steep hill.
55 acre lake set within the Bradshaw Mountains. Awesome place for Boating fishing and hiking and more
Owner's Map of Prescott Valley
We currently live in Glendale, AZ where we own a frozen yogurt shop at Westgate. We love to do anything outdoors, hiking, biking, camping, quad riding, etc. But, more than anything we love to travel. Our dream is to own many vacation rentals in all our favorite vacation spots.
