Bosque Ranch is located in the northeastern portion of Tucson. The property is in a unique biome called a Bosque, which translates to mesquite forest, in an area with shallow depth to water. This biome attracts many of the migratory birds that birders are searching for to add to their life list, including vermillion fly catcher.
The guest house has it's own entrance, so it is your private getaway. The owners live on the property, which is an active Alpaca Ranch. We also have a small herd of Sika deer, in addition to the chickens, pea fowl, turkeys, and other animals on the property. Needless to say, our guests typically are animal lovers, hand feeding the deer, talking to the alpaca, watching the wallabies skipping around and waking up to the roosters. You can bring animals, but they must be pre-approved, as we do not want to endanger those on the property. Please call if you need temporary stalls for horses, alpaca, or other large animals.
We are located about 8 miles due north of the county fairgrounds, so it is perfect if you are showing animals at the many events hosted at the fairgrounds.
This country setting is less than 2 miles from over ten restaurants, 3 grocery stores and 2 Starbucks.

We enjoyed a lovely few days at the ranch. Everything we needed was right there. The animals were and added bonus. The perfect place to relax but yet close to everything we wanted to do in the Tucson area.
Recommended for:Age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children.
