Our spacious, well kept five bedroom, 3.5 bath house is a great ocean-view home value! Please read the description to have many/most of your questions about our property answered.
2050 SQ. FT. HOME WITH OCEAN AND SOUND VIEWS PLUS PRIVATE NEIGHBORHOOD DOCK LOCATED ON STUMP SOUND. ENJOY THE SUNRISE OVER THE OCEAN OR THE SUNSET OVER THE ICW.
This vacation home, built in 2004, sleeps a maximum of twelve and a baby in a portable pack 'n play. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. You will enjoy walking in the tide pools of a beautiful beach that is never crowded. There are no hotels on North Topsail Beach so you can search for shells or watch the dolphins in peace and tranquility on the unspoiled sands of our beautiful island. Walk down to our private dock on the intracoastal waterway to watch the sun set or cast out a few lines before dinner. After a day of playing at the beach come back and shower off in the cedar-lined outdoor shower with hot and cold water, or in one of the 3 1/2 indoor baths. Sit back on one of our two decks and enjoy the ocean views.
The kitchen is spacious for preparing meals, eating or just hanging out. Each bedroom has plantation shutters or blinds and a ceiling fan. Four bedrooms have televisions. Three bedrooms have walk out decks that overlook the ocean. Or you may enjoy the wireless internet, library of books, games and videos that we provide for our guests. Children will love "camping" in the bunk room! Bed and bath linens are provided at no additional cost, but guests are required to wash all linens they used before check out.
To simplify your vacation packing, we provide complimentary chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach. There is a pack 'n play with changing station and a high chair for our smaller guests. A small separate nursery with a baby monitor means that baby can nap in peace while Mom and Dad can enjoy their own vacation time.
Cool drinks on the decks at sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning will call you back to our beautiful coast year after year. After a rejuvenating vacation on North Topsail Island you will come to understand why North Carolina is truly called the "Southern part of Heaven!"

Why the Owner Chose North Topsail Beach
North Topsail Beach is a peaceful, beautiful get away. Our house, "Carolina Buoys" is where we gather with friends and family to enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming and exploring. When we have worn ourselves ragged in the sun and sand, we retire to our two levels of decks to put our feet up, listen to the crashing waves and watch the natural beauty of our island paradise.
The beach access is about 100 yds from our house. You can walk through the streets of Dolphin Shores to get there. You can also choose to park at our neighborhood's private parking lot which is aobut a 30 second drive from our house.

We had such a nice time staying here. The house was wonderfully equipped to handle our large family vacation. The 4 children traveling with us were delighted to find a room with toys and children's videos. We loved sitting out on the decks as a family and enjoying the ocean views. This part of Topsail was so uncrowded and very relaxed. We enjoyed our stay immensely! The owner was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this vacation home!

I loved my very relaxing week at your home! I enjoyed starting each eay on the porch, sipping my hot tea, reading and watching the ocean. We all loved the beach - the sand was very soft and the waves perfect! The kids enjoyed hunting ghost crabs and tnight and going to Surf City for shopping. End each day with a coctail, family and friends mad this trip worth every hour of the drive from Pennsylvania!

For two years, a group of friends has retreated to this wonderful home at Topsail. Both visits have been fabulous: spacious living space, plenty of sleeping spaces, stocked kitchen, appropriate laundry facilities. The short walk to the beach was great, and the beach chairs provided was a plus. While our group has thoroughly enjoyed both our visits, we all hope to make other trips to this property with our families sometime.

Our family stayed here during spring break. The house beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked well to fix meals for a large group. The house was spacious enough for three families without being on top of each other when it rained one day during our stay.The layout worked for us having the children's room downstairs so the adults could entertain upstairs without waking the kids. There are good shops and restaurants around the area. The Green Turtle in Sneads Ferry is a great place to eat. If you want a bigger town to visit Wilmington and Jacksonville is nearby. The selling point is the time we could spend together riding bikes, walking on the beach, crab hunting or just sitting around the table playing games or watching movies. We will stay there again. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

This delightful house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to make us feel "at home". It was very clean, well decorated and exactly what we expected from the description/photos. The owner was extremely helpful! Directions to the property were not only well written, but the owner thoughtfully "brought us in" the less congested (in summer) route which saved considerable time. This is absolutely a wonderfully kept up property. Modern, clean, all the amenities listed, tons of space, great kitchen, easy walk to the beach, beautiful back deck to catch sunrises and sunsets. Though we didn't use the kayak to go crabbing or adventure seeking, everything was there for those who would like to. The supply of toys, both indoor and beach toys, was especially helpful for my two small kids. With five bedrooms spread out on two floors, two sets of in-laws, siblings, and small children were able to stay out of each other's way. The backyard grill is another huge selling point for us; we've had to rent these at other places we've stayed. Only suggestion (and this is just a personal preference): firmer mattresses needed. If you like them soft, not a problem! A first-rate rental property with very easy-to-work-with and accommodating owners. You will not be disappointed!
