good location, suitable arrangements. Good for those staying 2-3 days, anything longer (7-10 days) and not having laundry facilities is inconvenient to say the least. "Filtered water" line leaked, water all over. 3 phone calls to "emergency number" to get a response 3 hours later. Finally got the frozen shut off valve closed using a "nut cracker" found in the drawer. Broke again, major water on floor, again could not connect with anyone right away. No TV controller in condo, hair in shower drain,dirt behind doors (never swept) cleaned ourselves. Bath towels permanently stained. Flood security light on bedroom window almost allowed reading with inside light off, really need room darkening curtains. Maids children running up and down stairs, yelling at each other. We live in Mexico, are used to some "differences" ... but really. An info sheet would be really helpful, ie. emergency numbers for police, medical services.

Owner response:I'm sorry you had to deal with a water filter emergency during your stay, but I can only be thankful it did not happen when the room was vacant! We have never had onsite laundry facilities for guests. However, there is a laundry two blocks away that will wash, dry and fold your laundry for a very reasonable price. TV controllers disappear frequently and our manager has replacements on hand for these and for bath towels if you ask him. We have readjusted the security light so that it still illuminates the stairs without shining in the bedroom window. Our aim is always to have the units cleaned to first class standards. Thanks for using the cleaning supplies in the room to clean where our cleaner missed behind the doors.

Overall cleaniness was poor. E.g. floors and bathroom were dirty. The matress in second bed (sofa) in living room was unacceptable. Unable to sleep. Noisy neighbourhood. Geographical location was good. Communication was good and easy. Tyson was great. Overall it was ok.

Owner response:I'm glad you had a nice stay, and I apologize if the floor was dirty. I wish you would have told Tyson, our on site manager. He would have taken care of that for you. I'm afraid there is no neighborhood that is quiet in Bocas town over New Years, and I doubt that many people did sleep much. Please try us again on a non-holiday and I promise you a more peaceful time!

My wife and I stayed in Bocas Condos for 11 days at the very end of a year long trip around the world. It was definitely one of the best places we stayed in the entire year. The studio apartments are well designed so as to not feel cramped, and also furnished to a high standard. The building itself is only a few minutes walk from anything in Bocas Town as it's very central. When we raised an issue with a few things being broken they were fixed quickly and efficiently.

Bocas Condos are wonderful! I have stayed in other locations in Bocas and the other places simply cannot compete with the location, cleanliness, and economical rates. Everything you need for a week (or more) is in the condo and the condos are decorated beautifully. In addition, Iveth is a joy to work with and made the experience that much better.

The Bocas Condos is by far the best property in the town of Bocas. We looked at other properties while here just out of curiosity and discovered none measured up to Bocas Condos. The Bocas Condos were super clean, Iveth was so friendly and helpful and it is near all the restaurants within walking distance. It is the only place we will stay when we come back here. It is actually a true represenative of the photos on the website to every detail.

We have had a great time here in Bocas getting to know our Red Frog neighbors and taking in this unique experience. Your condo is very comfortable, just the right size, and the location is excellent. Thank you for offering it to us and for your kind hospitality.

Paul \manners the owner was fabulous to work with and the manager on site Iveth was a wonder. She took care of us from day one and helped with little details from not knowing how to start the stove top, to laundry, to extra blankets, or information about the islands. \I only wish she was managing our properties at the beach in N.Carolina. The apartment was only one block from the very center of town. So it was quiet but my older children could go out at night and easily walk home. The apartment had everything we needed to cook with and even had towels which was a surprise for us. It was perfect for this trip since I was only traveling with my teenage boys this time. I could go to spanish classes, they could sleep in and have breakfast then we did one of the many tours or took surf lessons. A fabulous vacation, we were there for almost one week in late \july, "the rainy season" was at night or early morning and didn't interfer with our fun at all. Anyways, great apartment, great location. Milana

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bocas Condos. I'll start with the staff. The manager, Iveth, is amazing. I found her to be competent, intelligent, responsive and fun. She is a joy. The units are wonderful. They are quiet (a rare commodity in Bocas), clean and extremely comfortable in all ways. And they are close to all that Bocas has to offer. I highly recommend Bocas Condos to anyone visiting the area. It was great!
