Welcome to the Low Country and beautiful Hilton Head Island, and to our resort The Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. Rated by FORBES magazine as one of Hilton Head Islands top ten, we have it all. Located between Port Royal Plantation and Palmetto Dunes, just off of Folly Field Road. HHB&T has all the amenities of a five-star resort and everything you'll need or want to make your vacation a very enjoyable and memorable time. Our resort is most known for our olympic size pool, it's the largest oceanside pool on the island (directly on the ocean). Within the pool's main gate is a kid's pool, making it convenient for parents with multiple aged children to keep a close eye on the entire family. In addition, Admirals Row guests have their own private pool that is quieter and more adult oriented.If you don't want to leave the resort, you don't have too. We have a restaurant that serves dinner nightly & there is also a new sports bar that serves lighter menu. In season there is a poolside bar & grill offering your favorite beverages & a lunch menu (burgers, chicken tenders, etc.) During peek season a band will be playing poolside. A convenience store is also lacated on site offering snacks,beverages,sunscreen, souveniers, etc. We also have 10 lighted tennis courts & a pro shop. A fitness center and video game room. A picnic area with tables and grills is just a short walk from our condo. There is a children's playground plus bike rentals are offered at the resort.There are over 40 miles of bike trails on the island. Most importantly HHB&T offers 24 hour security, around the clock ground patrolling and checking passes at the security gate.
Our fully-equipped, luxury villa is located on the first floor (No steps or waiting for elevators). Our villa is truely an island get-a-way. On entering the villa, you are greeted by white-wash Pergo wood floors and instantly you feel the ambience of the beach. The kitchen has a new open floor plan with new cabinets and granite countertops. The new under the counter sink, lighting fixtures and cabinet lighting gives the feel of a true gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom has an ultra comfortable queen size bed with new beach themed bedding and a 19" Flat-Screen TV. Both bathrooms are finely appointed with new ceramic tiled floors. The private balcony is tiled with Italian stone tiles and has cafe height chairs that offers a gorgeous out door space that allows you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. We diligently maintain our villa to ensure first class accomodations for our guests! We also provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We are located in Building , first floor, beautiful lagoon and ocean veiw.

This is a GREAT condo! Much thought put into the details that make you feel like you're at your own place at the beach. Everything we needed was already there. We previously owned in Admirals Row and are so glad to have found a new place to go in Hilton Head. It's a great location, is kept clean and improvements are made routinely to keep the place in excellent condition. Thank you for sharing your beach house!

Looking forward to returning to this nicely maintained condo.Great view over looking small pond and short walk to pool or beach.Great bike trails and bike rental on premises.Restaurants of all types are located nearby.This is condo provides a wonderful environment for a care free vacation. Owner is pleasant to deal with and always ready to assist in any way.

I stayed in this condo with mjy family in June and LOVED everything about it. It had an updated kitchen, new TVs and working with the owner was a breeze. It is easy access to the beach and pool. Really enjoyed this experience and will be back soon!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

We were unable to use one of the patio doors, as a sign was posted requesting it not be opened - so no fresh air! Also,the furniture on the balcony was rusted and old. The remote control would not work, and we had to clean the corrosion off and insert two new batteries. Couldn't get access to Wifi and had to buy our own for the week. The kitchen was updated, but the rest of the condo was pretty dated.

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The Condo was great, it had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to all that Hilton Head had to offer. The Beach was beautiful...We would definitely love to go back.

The Condo is wonderful. It is Very well kept, and has everything needed for a great family vacation. The location is great, easy access to all of the Hilton Head Island FUN. We have stayed twice and will definately be back.

This is an incredible condo. We have been coming to Hilton Head over ten years and staying at the Beach and Tennis Resort. This was the best condo that we have stayed in. It is very nicely decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. Since it is on the first floor, the beach is easy to get to. We enjoyed riding our bikes on the trails, walking along the beach, visiting Sea Pines, and sitting on the porch and viewing the ocean. When we come back to Hilton Head, we will book this condo.

We had a fabulous week at the beach and loved the condo location! We could sit out in the morning and evening on the deck and watch the alligator, turtles, and birds, and the breeze was refreshing.
