Beautiful private home nestled on Prospect mountain on over 1/2 acre. VIEWS-VIEWS-VIEWS! Spacious house and huge decks great for inside & outside entertainment. Private hot tub to enjoy the mountain setting and great view of Lake Estes. Wait until you see the stars at night from here! Nice patio furniture and a Weber Gas Grill. There is a small waterfall & pond off of the largest deck.
Main floor is perfect for couples & small families, or add the 2nd floor for larger groups.
Main living area features leather reclining sofa and loveseat. Gas fireplace with a 42" HD/LCD TV/DVD above. Kitchen fully furnished with dishwasher. 2 bedrooms on main floor. One Master Bedroom with King Aspen Log Bed, sitting area with oversized chair & 27" TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and it's own outside access door. Bathroom with log vanity/mirror, tub w/shower complete the main floor. 2nd Floor includes a 2nd master bedroom with private balcony,Queen Aspen Log Bed, leather loveseat & 27" flat screen TV. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a king & full bed & TV/DVD player. New french doors with walkout to the largest deck. 2nd bathroom is upstairs & also has a log vanity/mirror & tub/shower. Dancing Bears decor in the upstairs bathroom.

Estes Park is such a unique location that all ages love it! At least in our family. From the babies,toddlers, & teens, to our honeymooners & couples, young families, on up to great-grandma and great-grandpa. Everyone just has the BEST time-every time they visit. It was a PERFECT FIT for us and our extended family!
The Unique Benefits at this House
It has to be the views! I will always remember the first time I saw the home and the views, it made me realize what "breathtaking views" really meant. To look out at Lake Estes, and then all of the many mountain ranges is really special. The abundance of wildlife is incredible. We frequently see bear, mule dear, elk, and wild turkeys! The home itself if so comfortable and relaxing. Very unique in that one couple, to a large group, everyone says it was just perfect for them! We want you to feel completely like you are "at home" in the mountains!

We have been property owners (long term home rental) for over 30 years. We found we wanted to spend more time in Estes Park and thought it would be wonderful to have a home there. We are loving it!
