Condo was clean! Only a short car ride to RMNP. We were able to walk to town for dinner.

We stayed in a 2 BR, 2 bath unit. It was small but laid out nicely for adults. We had all the kitchen utensils we needed to cook. The location was a short walk to town. The units were clean and the area very nice. Would stay here again.

Loved being next to the Falls and the short river walk to downtown.

Walking to town was our favorite activity.

It’s a beautiful area to stay! It’s a short walk to downtown and the river is always beautiful to stay nearby! The bathroom needed to be cleaned a little better but honestly, I would highly recommend this place to stay, especially with a family!

This was an amazing resort property right on the river. It had easy walkable access to town via a rustic and well maintained path along the river. A very enjoyable walk and you can even get in the river from several stone steps! The trip would NOT have been the same without being so close to town. The resort is very rustic modern and we saw alot of wildlife right there! The condo was moslty great, however the bunk beds were not made and they didnt look clean so we had to wash them before use. Also, the kids room had the main lights burned out, the shower curtain rod had fallen and we had to go buy some supplies because they were very limited. Definitely not enough dish soap, no hand soap, 1 small detergent, 1 trash bag and 1 roll of tp. Also, there are not enough towels to cover 1 per guest so we had to use the beach towels we brought. Also, alot of dust behind the beds (which you notice because you plug stuff in). There are no hooks for wet towels eitherThere is also no air conditioning, which is okay for the most part since it cools down at night, but there are no ceiling fans to help with air circulation and when you open the windows at night there is a horrible smell sometimes (like manure)! There was also a burn ban on the area but someone was allowed to have a fire and no one stopped them. We tried to call but the calls to the office weren't picked up. The pool and hot tub areas were great. Overall, it was a pretty great place to stay for location and resort vibe!

Property and unit were clean and well kept. The wildlife showed up outside of our unit multiple times during our stay. Check in & Check out was easy! Walking distance to downtown Estes. Easy drive to Rocky Mountain National Park entrances. Just a heads up, no A/C in our unit (NOT a complaint). It would have been nice but the nights were cooler and the ceiling fan and portable fan were enough.
