With 7 or more nights booked, you receive a 10% discount! Plus you get more time to explore. The location gives you freedom: part of your group can head to RMNP for hiking while the rest of the family is not left stranded. You can still walk down the stairs, out the condo door, and head East on the Riverwalk, and enjoy Lake Estes, the Marina, the 9-hole golf course, and the Big Thompson River. Or head West on the Riverwalk to restaurants serving delicious food and cool beverages, coffee shops where you can sip a cup of coffee and and watch the world, or boutique stores and art galleries selling unique items. Of course, you might just want to relax on one of your balconies and do nothing! Whatever you do, we know you'll make this a vacation to remember. Winter dates are a bargain and it's so beautiful in the mountains with the snow, blue skies and quiet town. We'd love to have you join us in the heart of Estes Park.

This newer condo on the second floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king and an adjoining area with a queen bed, a pull out couch, and 2.25 baths. A security camera is located outside of the entrance. With plenty of space (1800 square feet) it is perfect for any size group-cozy enough for couples but plenty of space for families.

What a magical Christmas stay up in Estes Park. The condo was incredibly clean and spacious, and they even took the time to have a few Christmas decorations for us. Place is super quiet and a great location.. we were able just to walk a couple minutes to get into the main street and enjoy all the Christmas decorations and lights. We will definitely be staying here again. This is 5 Stars

A quick escape to the snow between Christmas and new years. The condo location is perfect….nice for a walk by the creek and restoration areas or go the other direction to hit all the cute shops. Restaurants are walkable and Safeway is a few blocks away. The owner was absolutely amazing to work with and super available. The only thing that would have made the trip to the snow better would have been some snow!!!

There is only one way to describe this property ... It is extra special! The location is perfect! It's downtown near coffee shops, restaurants, and other shopping opportunities. Parking is convenient! The condo itself is very well appointed and decorated very tastefully. WiFi is extremely reliable. The view out of the two balconies is beautiful. Bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware and plenty of dishes. Communication with the hosts is extraordinary .I seriously am unable to find any flaw. There's definitely a reason this VRBO is so highly rated and loved by guests. It will be our go to place annually!

The property is amazing. It is everything it is advertised to be and the owners couldn't be nicer. The location is nothing short of perfect and absolutely everything we needed and wanted was there on-site. Super walkable location with tons of things to do within minutes. I will definitely stay there again if I return to that area. I will also recommend this property to anyone I know heading in that direction.

This was my first time to Estes Park, CO, and the downtown loft condo was the perfect location for everything Estes Park has to offer. The host was excellent! She checked in after our arrival to make sure was got settled in and asked if we had any questions. We enjoyed several hiking trails, The Stanley Hotel tours, MacGregor Ranch and all the wonderful shops, businesses, restaurants and outdoors shops. Below the loft is probably the best coffee shop in town, Kind Coffee. And for afternoon adult beverages and great food, there was Ed's Cantina adjacent to the loft condo. It was awesome to see the elk so close to town and other fascinating wildlife. And towards the end of our visit, again the host checked in to make sure all was good. Definitely a nice property to enjoy while visiting Estes Park. Definitely will repeat with another visit to Estes Park. Enjoy!!

Beautiful luxury condo right on the river walk. Well appointed, clean, pleasant, generous spaces. Realize that you are making a trade off for being next to the river walk, as you are in the edge of the commercial district. You will get some noise, but you will also get proximity to shops, coffee, and the river. Loved our stay. Many many compliments. Kind and attentive property owner.

The condo is very pretty, clean and comfortable. It is large enough for the 5 adults and 1 child that we had on this trip. Everything guests need is provided. We love sitting on the balcony watching the river, the humming birds and people watching. We can walk almost everywhere or take the shuttle because of the great downtown location. We enjoy ordering breakfast from Kind Coffee downstairs and bringing it up. Hard to believe we could have found a better place. I think this was our third visit and we are booking it again for next year. Just love it.

We have been in Estes Park for 40 years and know and love this town. Our daughters were born and raised in Estes Park. We have both retired from our first careers in Estes and in 1998 moved on to buy the BigHorn Restaurant. In September of 2013, we sold the restaurant to a wonderful local couple. Now, we are officially retired and truly enjoying the place where we live.

Why they chose this property

This property is a wonderful location with its view of the river and the convenience of downtown. Plus, it is such a surprising amount of space (1800 square feet). You walk up the steps from the Riverwalk into the kitchen and see a beautiful open space with high ceilings and plenty of light. We fell in love with it.

What makes this property unique

We love the openness of this condo and its southern exposure. We also think the location is premier and the construction is top quality.
