This property is entirely owner managed. For more information, contact us at 970-586-5928. Book online or contact us if you'd prefer to pay by check. We still have some dates open in September and October!! With warm days, cooler nights, and golden aspen fall is a great time to be in Estes and this downtown location is perfect for families and couples. The location gives you freedom: part of your group to head to RMNP for hiking while the rest of the family is not left stranded. You can still walk out the condo door and head East on the Riverwalk, and enjoy Lake Estes, the Marina, the 9-hole golf course, and the Big Thompson River. Or head West on the Riverwalk to restaurants serving delicious food and cool beverages, coffee shops where you can sip a cup of coffee and and watch the world, or boutique stores and art galleries selling unique items. Of course, you might just want to relax on one of your balconies and do nothing! Whatever you do, we know you'll make this a vacation to remember.

This newer property includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king and an adjoining area with a queen bed, a pull out couch, and 2.25 baths. With plenty of space (1800 square feet) it is perfect for couples or families.

About Sid or Laura Brown

We have been in Estes Park for 39 years and know and love this town. Our daughters were born and raised in Estes Park. We have both retired from our first careers in Estes and in 1998 moved on to buy the BigHorn Restaurant. In September of 2013, we sold the restaurant to a wonderful local couple. Now, we are officially retired and truly enjoying the place where we live.

Beautiful Condo!

We recently stayed in this condo for two nights in October. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable! We used the kitchen to prepare some of our meals and the living room was comfortable for us to watch a movie together. The condo is well situated near restaurants, shopping and a Safeway. Everything is within walking distance. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short drive away. I only wish we could have had three nights instead of two! I would definitely recommend this condo and I hope to go back!!

LOVE this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sid and Laura's place. The location can't be beat, the condo is beautiful, and it has plenty of space for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need. Beds and bedding, along with towels were fantastic. A bonus is the Kind Coffee shop right downstairs, really great place.

We travel often to Estes Park, and will definitely come back to this property (if it's available;-) Finally, we can't say enough about our hosts. We felt very well taken care of, and they were always available for a question if need be.

Great Experience

I have stayed at this property for four years in a row and loved every minute of it. Laura is such a gracious host and very helpful. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Estes Park. If this property is not available for my dates, I will change my date. LKA

Beautiful

This condo was perfect the our annual girls trip to Estes Park. The location was great because we were in walking distance to most of the shops and restaurants. This allowed some who were not ready yet to join us later when they were ready. The car was parked the majority of the time since it was so convenient to walk or take the shuttle. The condo was big enough that we were able to have our local friends come over for dinner as well. Our visitors could not believe how upscale the condo was too. It pretty much had everything we could possibly need. We used the crockpot which allowed us to go to the festival all day and return after a long tiring day come back to dinner that was already ready to eat. The extra space and with two king beds, and two queen beds worked out great with our group giving us each our own bed and space. Many of the other condos I looked at did not have that option for us. I could not hear any noise from the business below just the trash truck one morning which only lasted a minute or two. We used the balconies quite a bit to unwind and people watch. We also finally used the living room one evening and discovered how comfortable it was and wished we had used it more. The owners of the condo were very kind and easy to work with as well. I would love to rent this condo again in the future.

First Class

The Estes River Walk condo worked out perfectly for us as it is in a great location in the hear of Estes. Very spacious with more than enough room for our extended family of 7 adults and 1 infant. We sat on the balcony each morning, drank our coffee and listened to the river right below us. The kitchen and dining areas were nice with room for everyone at the table. Bedrooms were large and comfortable.

We were in Estes Park for a Memorial Day wedding at the Della Terra venue - a ten minute drive west. We were also just ten minutes from the entrance to RMNP. From the condo, we walked to dinner several nights as everything is close by.

Laura was great to work with – very accommodating and responsive to every question we had. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Estes.

Great Location

We came to Estes to enjoy fall in RMNP. The location of the condo is great. Right above Kind Coffee. After a day of hiking in the park, we were able to come back and park and not have to drive again for dinner or breakfast. Restaurants and shops of Estes all within walking distance. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. A great place to return to and recharge for the next day. Would recommend.
