All linens are provided, including beach towels, and the kitchen area is well equipped with four burner stove, microwave, full fridge and toaster oven, coffee maker, and of course,the blender for those frosty drinks!

My husband and I first visited Akumal in 1999 and fell in love with the area, the people and the natural beauty. It became a dream to own a condo in Akumal and for the next several years, we researched and saved until our dream finally came true!
We have four children who all speak Spanish and love to visit the area and many friends and family members have visited over the years. They all agree that Akumal is very special. Just the perfect combination of tropical relaxation with services nearby and welcoming, warm people. It is so true, one visit to Akumal and you will want to return again and again!
Why the Owner Chose Akumal
The beaches and natural lagoons of the Riviera Maya are spectactularly beautiful, but Half Moon Bay in Akumal has the best of all worlds! A sandy white beach with incredible underwater life that can be viewed right from our terrace! A daily swim or snorkel in Half Moon Bay is de riguer for us, and the awesome Yalku Lagoon is a short walk up the road. The sandy beach of Akumal Bay is a short walk in the southern direction.
