  Everything about this home was perfect. The house was just as it appeared in the pictures. It's located in a secure gated community and is a short ride to Disney. The house was immaculate and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. My grandchildren loved the Micky room and everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. Thanks Grant, you thought of everything. We had a wonderful time.

  I usually don't write reviews about places we stay at since they are all okay and more or less the same. But this house is much cleaner and more relaxing (since there aren't any neighbors right behind the house) than all the other places we've stayed at. Contact previous and during our stay with the owner was great. Thanks Grant! All in all a super vacation villa.

  Our family loved this home. Everything was just as promised and so very comfortable for our family of eight. Our grandchildren loved the Mickey & Minnie bedroom. The pool & spa was so very relaxing after a day at the parks. The home was very clean and had a very modern decor. The location of the home in this development is just perfect and we felt very safe & secure here. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to renting it for future Orlando trips.

  We will try to stay at this property every time we visit Disney/Universal. Our family always stay at Windsor Hills when we visit and this was our favorite place. Everyone loved the pool and game room and the house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our large group. Thanks Grant.

  We had a wonderful time staying in Grant's house for our first visit to Orlando from New Zealand. We couldnt have asked for a better location... the house is within a secure gated community, and the parks are a very short drive away. There were plenty of dining options just down the road. Or a well equiped kitchen for cooking/eating in. The house was lovely, just as in the photos. The house is well laid out, with nice modern decor and furnishings. The kids loved the Mickey bedroom! I'm very fussy when it comes to cleaning,etc, but I couldn't fault the cleaning - it was immaculate. The pool and spa were perfect after long day's at the parks. With the pool heated, it was still warm enough to swim even being early January. It was great to have these right out the door! We had no need to call or contact Grant the owner during our stay as everything worked perfectly, and everything was well explained for use (TV,cable,etc). Thanks Grant for a great stay, we are already planning another trip back to Orlando after all having such a fabulous time and we will certainly love to stay here again!

  This was a great location, house is lovely and private house pool/hot tub are very nice too set in a nice garden view with no road running behind the pool area, making it a very relaxing spot. Windsor Hills is located very close to all the parks in a very safe and secure community with a large communal pool and clubhouse etc onsite also. House was well appointed, very clean and comfortable and modern and nicely furnished throughout. Disney themed kids room was very cute and the other bedrooms all great too. Kitchen, dining and living room all very nice. We had a great vacation here Xmas 2012 and would definitely stay again if we return to Orlando.

  I would highly recommend this clean, well maintained home. It was perfect. It is spacious and open and the grounds at Windsor Hills are beautiful. We used the pool at the house almost everyday, which was my daughter's favorite part of the whole vacation. We also used the larger resort pool. It was beautiful, not too crowded and very relaxing. The home had everything we needed. Our reason for renting a home was so we didn't have to eat out every night. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed to prepare the meals when we ate in. I think normal check-in was 3 or 4 o'clock but our flight was arriving in the morning. I contacted the owner to see if an earlier check-in was allowed and he graciously changed the check-in time to 11am. This home topped off our perfect vacation.

  The house was beautiful and very clean. The listing description was accurate. There were 8 adults in our group, ranging in age from 17 to 50 . Having a bathroom in every bedroom was very helpful. We visited Disneyworld and the drive was about 2 minutes to the property. We would definately stay here again. The owner was very patient with all my questions and concerns.

  My family and I stayed at this home for 5 days at the beginning of November. I am not exaggerating when I say that it is every bit what you would expect after reading the other reviews and looking at the photos. Just perfect! I tend to be pretty particular about hotels and rental houses being clean and I was not at all disappointed here. Very, very clean and just beautifully decorated and maintained. We rent houses at the NC coast every year and this beat about 90% of those hands down. Our kids had a ball swimming in the heated pool and we loved the hot tub after a long day at the parks. We took a 'day off' from the parks and swam at the large pool at the clubhouse as well as our pool. Our kids are 10, 12, and 16 so they didn't use the playgrounds but there is one right across the street. The whole development was very well maintained and quiet. We had a minor issue when we arrived but it was resolved quickly after one call. The property management people were very courteous and helpful. We only went to the Universal parks this trip and it was about a 15 minute trip there. Very easy. Already planning a trip to the Disney parks next year and will definitely stay here! All in all a fabulous place Grant! Thanks!

  We have recently returned from this property and would thoroughly recommend it to any one considering a trip to Disney or any of the other parks. Spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished throughout, this property is furnished to a higher standard than other comparable properties. We were 2 families with 4 children under the age of 8 and all loved the space, in particular the pool after a long day at a theme park. Location is fantastic being literally 5 minutes drive from Disney. The one minor problem we had was the internet only intermittently worked on our arrival (not a big problem !), however 1 email to Grant and the maintenance guy and a man from the internet company fixed the problem in less than 24 hours - fantastic service. We would definately recommend the house and hope to visit again !
