Explore the antique stores and unique boutiques. Check out the museums and historical sites in town or visit beautiful Zion National Park (45 minutes away), Las Vegas (one and a half hours south), the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell or the many other wonders in Nature's own amusement park! You won't want to miss getting tickets to the summer spectacular performances of Broadway musicals in Tuacahn's outdoor theater (see the Tuacahn website for the schedule). Many other theatrical choices are available in this community of culture and the arts.
Vacation Rental Amenities: Each room has a TV. There is a DVD in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with a plentiful variety of utensils for cooking and baking. But if you don't want to bother, just zap something in the microwave. Fresh linens are provided for each bedroom, each with a queen size bed and bath.
Activities and Attractions: Boat at Lake Powell. Ski at Brianhead. Attend the Senior Games. Take in a play, concert or Broadway production. Hike in the rustic adjacent hills near the Condo. Explore the silver mining camp near Silver Reef (15 minutes from the Condo). Visit the Virgin River (flows through St. George). Awe at the beautiful canyons in Zion National Park. Collect some local art. See the dinosaur tracks. Enjoy excellent cuisine at local restaurants. And that's just the beginning of a long list of things to do!
Vacation Rental Rates: We require our tenants to reserve our condo for 7 days or more. Our weekly fee is $460 plus a non-refundable $40 cleaning fee. If you decide to stay a month your fee is ONLY $1160 plus a $40 cleaning fee. Call or e-mail us and set up your vacation

Why the Owner Chose St. George
St George is absolutely beautiful. The reason why we purchased this property is because of the amenities and because it is located close to everything. Main Street is about 2 miles and there are several golf courses right down the street. We like it because it is located on the bottom level and the greenspace reminds us of California.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our property is very affordable and very comfortable. There is an indoor outdoor pool along with a spa. You are not going to be bothered by anyone because we have a very quite location. No need to travel up the stairs because we are on the ground level. The outdoor back porch allows you to bbq and have a peaceful and pleasant breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

My name is Keri Yeager Inzer and I lived in St George for 2 years. But since have moved back to California and am raising my first son. My father and sister still reside there as realtors which was what my husband and I did during our time there. We really love St George and purchased a this condo for my mother so she was able to visit her grandchildren. We still stay there when visiting but enjoy renting it out to people so they can enjoy the beautiful location as well.

We have stayed at this lovely, comfortable, clean condo twice and would definitely stay here again. It is bright and light. Everything you would need to have an enjoyable, restful stay is in the condo. It feels like home to us. The photos and description of the condo and grounds were accurate with no surprises. It is a well-maintained facility with beautiful grounds. There is an indoor pool/hot tub and an outdoor pool. We really enjoyed these amenities. There is a tennis court and a playground for children. It is a quiet and relaxing place. There are restaurants down the street and several shopping areas are minutes away. The owner has always been friendly, helpful and readily available in answering questions, handling bookings,etc. We would heartily recommend this rental to family and friends. We like to hike and this area is a hiker's paradise. Zion NP and Snow Canyon are beautuful and well worth a visit. There is all kinds of shopping and of course Mesquite and Las Vegas, NV aren't too far away. there are many different types of restaurants in St. George. Don Pedros is a short walk from the condo and was very good and convenient.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

We spent 3 weeks at this lovely condo. It is located on the ground level which is appealing to seniors. The condo was just as described and the pictures were just like things looked. It was well equipped and had extra items available such as TP and paper towels. It is located in an area close to stores/restaurants. There is much to see around St George and several National parks within an easy drive from the condo. It was nice to have either a car port or an outside place to park nearby. We go to this area once a year for the Huntsman World Senior Games and will definately consider this condo for future trips.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
