The apartment is in the old Rome Historic Centre, in the heart of Trastevere, in the area most popular for tourists. Here you will stay near all of the most important tourist points of interest. This area prohibits vehicular traffic, making it possible to walk till late at night between the alleys safely.

In the apartment you can find a spacious drawing room with annexed American kitchen and snack counter.
The kitchen is completely equipped. The drawing room has ceilings made with beams in wood and furnished with a short table in wood where you can to eat to stay comfortable. There is a comfortable sofa to sit on as well as it becoming a double bed. On the same floor you can find a bathroom. In the ante-bathroom are two closets where there are linen sheets and bath towels. On the lower floors are two bedrooms and two small drawing rooms providing 8-place beds.

The whole apartment is equipped with a modern plant to air the home. This plant will ensure a change and purification of air twelve times in the hour. This ensures a comfortable permanency in the home. The beating is autonomous and allows management autonomous of the radiator let alone of hot water.

The two bedrooms are precede from a reading room with books and magazines and one small drawing room where there is a sofa bed.

In every room there are: one television, one box wardrobe with shoe rack, coat stand, mirror, chest of drawers for underwear.

  • “We had a wonderful stay in this great apartment. It is in the heart f the city center but without its noise. The mini-supermarket its a minute away , the apartment has a good kitchen to prepare any food you want and with a freezer too. The owner we really enjoyed out stay in the apartment. Wonderful location, very central. The apartment was very clean and had everything we expected. Perfect stay!! if we go back to Rome one day it will certainly be in the same apartment.
