- Suitability
- Pet Friendly: Yes we do accept well behaved dogs. We do have some rules regarding our furry friends. We request that dogs do not get up on the furniture including the bed. We also request that the dogs are never let alone loose in the house. We ask that owners crate their dogs at night and while away. We also ask the owner to clean up any land mines the dogs leave behind. Housekeepers just aren't as furry friend friendly as we are.... We just put in new sod so I really try to have my dogs potty on the gravel. We bring an exercise pen and set it up on the north side of the house. It's shady and quiet there. We have a $100 pet deposit that is refundable, and don't charge any extra per night. I hope you understand the rationale behind our rules and deposit. We bring our dogs to the house all the time and we're huge dog lovers, but unfortunately we've found not everyone is as attentive to maintaining the "guest house image" that we must have.
