Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful new resort that is perfectly located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone and is just a 10 minute drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta and the marina. The resort has amenities that include a fitness center, private movie theater, bar/lounge, steam/sauna room, stunning lobby, and a business/computer center that offers free internet access. An enormous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and mountains and is complete with a full length wading pool perfect for children.
This spacious condominium (approximately 3000 square feet) is located on the 8th floor and has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two separate master bedrooms, each with king size beds, 32-inch flat panel tv's, and their own luxurious bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for children as it features 2 queen beds and its own bathroom. The condo has 2 large balconies with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, allowing you to truly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Additionally, there is spectacular ocean/mountain views from almost every room. This unit has been professionally decorated and comes equipped with a granite kitchen that overlooks a great room and dining room with an incredible ocean view. Luxurious finishes abound as this unit comes finished with granite and marble bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TV's, and a washer and dryer. The refridgerator water and ice is run through an independent filtration system.

This unit includes maid service before arrival and upon departure. Additional maid service is available upon request. Our property manager will meet you on arrival for check-in and will provide you with two sets of keys to the condo during your stay. Upon departure, the two sets of keys will be collected and the condo will be inspected in order to refund your security/damage deposit.

Our condo is on the 8th floor of the center tower with fabulous views of the beach, ocean, mountains, and downtown Puerto Vallarta.
Restaurants and shops such as Starbucks, Thierry's Prime Steakhouse, Peninsula Sky Lounge, Chili's, Kensao, and a shop which serves fresh Gelato!
Enjoy a wonderful breakfast next door at the NH Krystal hotel and resort.
Many teriffic restaurants on the boardwalk of the Marina. Also, there are many fishing or snorkeling charters that are operated out of the Marina.
Enjoy all of the wonderful restaurants, shopping, and nightlife that downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer with only a 10 minute drive from Peninsula Vallarta.
Many resorts in Nuevo Vallarta but is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Puerto Vallarta.
10 minute drive from the airport to Peninsula Vallarta.
Take the kids to Splash Vallarta Water Park and they will love you for it. There are waterslides for all ages...a kiddy pool and slides for toddlers and bigger slides for kids 4 feet tall. Also has a lazy river. You can also swim with the dolphins or just attend the daily dolphin or sea lion shows. Plan on spending the entire day because adults will also have a blast!
Start your vacation with a trip to Costco to pick up all the necessities such as food, beer, and wine.
Open 24 hours and also has a full supermarket in it with fruit, vegetables, produce, and all other groceries.
Right next door to Walmart is Sam's Club. This store is very similar to Costco.
The most upscale indoor shopping mall in Puerto Vallarta. Has the luxurious Liverpool department store as well as many other shops and a food court in the mall.
This river officially separates downtown Puerto Vallarta to the north and the romantic zone to the south. There are many terrific restaurants in both areas or try River Cafe on the Rio Cuale for a fantastic brunch. Many of Puerto Vallarta's flea markets are along the Rio Cuale.

What a wonderful time we had at this condo!! Beautiful views from every room, peaceful mornings and calm evenings were spent on the spacious balcony every day...the unit slept my family very comfortably, everyone had their own space it was perfect!!! The beds were super comfortable, the bed linens were very nice and tons of bath towels too. The unit was decorated very tastefully and very upscale in every aspect. The pool was amazing, we had a lounge seat each day, not too crowded at all and the plaza within walking distance was ideal!!! We will definitely be returning, maybe even the same time of year too! We had wonderful weather each day and I have to say the owner was so easy to deal with as well!! Loved every minute of our trip! :)))

Condo is spacious, clean, great views. Easy beach access, very nice pool with zero depth areas for young children. Building security. Easy access to P.V. restaurants and airport. Walk to Starbucks, ice cream, other nearby shops. Owner was easy to deal with. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated unit. The sunsets each evening were spectacular, and we loved the huge pool and the convenience of having the Peninsula Mall a few steps away. The owners and the property manager were a delight to work with, and any questions or concerns were immediately addressed. We would recommend this unit and the lovely location.

We can't say enough good things about our experience at this condo or the owners. Our stay there was during the first part of February '08. The place was absolutely wonderful, great views, good location, everything and more that the owners presented it to be. We hope someday that we get a chance to rent this condo again. We had a fantastic time in Puerto Vallarta!! We highly recommend this condo to anyone who is at all interested.
