Shared the cabin with another senior couple. Was the first time we have stayed east of the parkway and found it much easier to get around, especially after dark. We're Ohio flatlanders, but found the access within the resort comfortable. We really appreciated the cabin layout, all one level and two suites divided by the common area. Beverly was very helpful and friendly. Her directions and information were very helpful. She truely cares for her property. My husband surprised me with this cabin present for our 20th anniversary. Bev and he planned it all out without me knowing. . What a super surprise!! With my husband, Bev arranged flower delivery, in cabin meals, and all as a surprise to me. I still cant believe it. I cant tell you how beautiful the cabin actually is in person. Bev is a great decorator. The beds were super fabulous. We slept so good in the beds. We have stayed in many places and none, the honest truth, is like Bevs cabin. The colors and decor are brilliant. The beds are so comfortable and the living room is set up with style and comfort. I love the privacy and being in the new spring leaves in the back. We saw a squirrel and a turkey. The location is great. I love the Old Mill Resturant and we were there in minutes. We have stayed in Bevs cabin before and fell in love so much we have been coming 2-3 times a year to the same cabin.. I cant believe it but we now love it even more. We stayed in March and the new colors and upgrades really knocked my socks off.. It is just beautiful. Kitchen looks so nice.. we are going to try to duplicate it at our own home.. We rented the cabin January 20-22, 2012 with my niece and nephew for a weekend getaway. We love traveling to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to see the mountains and get away from our crazy Nashville life. The kids were wild about the bunk beds! I'm so glad they are in the cabin. We had to call Bev a couple of times with a few questions and she answered right away. I appreciated the more level parking area and the drive up is very nice. I would recommend this cabin highly as a very nice place to stay and with a very professional,well organized owner. Thank you Bev for our permanent favorite cabin:)Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Bev said we were the first guests to visit after the update/renovation. I am telling you, this cabin was more than AWESOME. Colors and decor are all just wonderful. Cabin was very clean. Did I mention the beds. We have never had such a good nights sleep. On the day of the departure.. My family said.. Dont make us go home. Saddness came over all of us. We didnt want to leave your beautiful cabin. You have a true eye to detail and have thought of every little thing to make it like the comforts of home. Many thanks again to you for sharing such a lovely cabin. Thanks for the tissues.. when needed them as we got in the car to leave.......WE WILL MISS THE CAMP CABIN.Did you find this review helpful? Thank you for sharing your beautiful Cabin. I loved the beautiful Christmas Decorations. It was a Christmas wonderland, the way you had it decorated. The tree was a nice size and the way you had it decorated gave me ideas for my own home. We shared gifts and enjoyed everything from all the board games, the playstation but I loved the back porch... Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us. It was just perfect. Decor was truly perfect. It was enough room for all of us. But my favorite was the Beautiful Christmas tree and decorations. We came to Pigeon Forge for my husband to take helicopter pilot lessons. Bev and her husband went above and beyond to make our month long stay great. The cabin is in a great location and suited our needs with two young children. We vacation in Pigeon Forge every year and this cabin's beds slept the best of anywhere we have ever stayed. We would definately rent this cabin again. If you want a great cabin, great location and easy to get to all the attractions this is the cabin!Recommended for: Families with young children.
