Why the Owner Chose Dewey Beach
After visiting Rehoboth for several years, I decided to buy a place there. It is a wonderful year round resort with great restaurants, outlet shopping and friendly local residents. I particularly like the beach in Dewey near me because it is less crowded than downtown Rehoboth or Dewey.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
I enjoy the peace and quiet of the off season. There are lots of events throughout the year from the annual Chocolate festival to the Holiday Light display. There is always something to do.

This is a nice house that accommodates several people comfortable and is close to everything. The decor was beautiful. Short distance to beach, loved the screened in porch. We were there for the weekend but as soon as we walked in we wish our trip could have been extended. Thanks for letting my girlfriends and I stay the weekend at your lovely house. We enjoyed it! :)

Great location, quiet townhouse. Just a few blocks from a wonderful beach. Even in the height of the summer plenty of room on the beach and it seemed to be a nice family oriented beach. Walking the beach after dinner was great fun too, every night something was going on. We easily walked to Rehoboth both from the beach and on the sidewalks, and after doing so we were so glad we stayed where we did! Townhouse was comfortable, had everything you could need, and quiet. Really pleased we picked this spot, I think you will be too.
