Hidden Dunes is a gated community nestled in Destin, Florida. The Resort is masterfully designed and landscaped to create a rare sense of privacy. There are six private clay tennis courts, two USPTA professional tennis pros and a complete service tennis center. Hidden Dunes has its own "sugar sand" beach on the Gulf. Southern Living rated this area one of the best beach resorts in the USA. Two swimming pools with Jacuzzi/hot tubs and lots of comfortable deck chairs are on the premises. There is also a playground for children.
The beach is located a short walk thru beautifully landscaped trails {no highways to cross} or you may ride the complementary tram. Full beach service is available in season. Destin is also highly rated by Golf Digest. Over 400 holes of golf are available in the area and there is a course available for every skill and budget level. The Resort has 24 hour security with courtesy patrols. Outstanding open air lifestyle centers such as The Villages of Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons Mall and over 60 Silver Sands Factory Stores offer exciting shopping and entertainment options for the entire family. Over 100 restaurants are available for your dining pleasure.
The Cottage has FREE SECURE WIRELESS BROADBAND WI-FI INTERNET and local telephone service provided for your convenience, Smoking is not allowed in the Unit. Off-street parking is available adjacent to the Unit. The Living/Dining Room has high vaulted ceilings and the walls are decorated with watercolor paintings by the Owner. The Living Room contains a large comfortable sofa, two easy chairs, coffee table and two end tables. You can enjoy the HD cable channels and/or DVD/VCR disks on the 27 inch Television. The Dining Room table will comfortably seat six and there is a snack bar with two bar stools between the Kitchen and Dining Room. The Dining Room overlooks the lush grounds of the Tennis Center. If you wish you may enjoy the same view from the large screened-in balcony. The balcony is equipped with a table and four chairs, two lounge chairs and two bar stools. A pass-thru Kitchen window provides direct access to the balcony bar.
The Master Bedroom is very roomy with a King Size Bed, two end tables, nine drawer dresser, love seat sofa, cable TV and private full service bath. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, two side tables, six drawer dresser and its own private full size Bathroom. The Loft Bedroom has two Full Size Beds, three drawer dresser, desk and private full service Bathroom. The Kitchen has an electric stove/self cleaning oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, blender, popcorn popper, dishwasher, disposal, coffeemaker, full set of pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Washer and Dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Hidden Dunes
This ocean front beach is the best in the country and the six clay tennis courts are great. The unit is located close to the beach with a free tram-----no highways to cross. Wonderful shopping up at upscale shops and great family theme parks for the kids. Fishing and golfing are one of the best in the country. Before we purchase we drove up and down the Gulf Coast of Florida looking for the ideal location. Hidden Dunes in Destin was far and away the best of the best.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have only rented this unit for two years; therefore, it is nice and fresh. The lush gardens of the resort are refreshing and confortable.

We have lived in Denver most of our lives ---- spending our winters here in Destin. My wife is an accomplished painter and has numerous painting in the unit. We both play tennis on the wonderful clay courts and I also shoot sporting clays. We enjoy a reciprocal 10% discount for dinning and golf at the private Santa Rosa Beach Club—also available to guests.

the home was better than than photos,the location is just great !!! the unit overlooks the tennis court and is steps to the beautiful beach ,our kids enjoyed the pool just down the street.the rooms are all very large with many comfortable chairs,the location is truly execellent very convenient to shopping and eating out with main attraction within a short distance.you can't ask for a more beauiful home and beach,don is great to work with and his property is wonderful. thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The condo was very comfortable (including the beds) and clean. We felt very much at home. It was great to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The owner was accommodating and helpful with the rental process and with information about the amenities and the tennis facility. The tennis facility was top notch. The pools were nice and well maintained. The beach was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed walking thru the tropical grounds on our way to the beach. This is a great location (located in San Destin which is more upscale than Destin). A couple restaurants nearby that we enjoyed were Bonefish and Zoe's Kitchen (healthy fast food). We would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME vacation! It was our first time in Merimar. It was beautiful, the condo was great. Just far enough away from beach for some good excercise. Thank you for sharing. We're already planning 2009! PIZZA WAS REALLY GOOD! Thank you!
