Formosa Springs Vacation Villa
Formosa Springs is much more than a luxurious private villa located in the most exclusive vacvation rental communities near Disney World. Formosa Springs is a vacation in itself! This spacious villa boasts 7 Bedrooms, 3 of which are King Size Master Suites, 5 bathrooms, 2 private pools and spa. This premier vacation villa is located in Formosa Garden Estates, the closest vacation rental community to Disney, Orlando, less than 2 miles away.
The Formosa Springs villa is situated on one of the largest lots in Formosa Gardens. It is the only community with large luxurious homes on estate sized lots. The entire back yard is fenced for your privacy. The villa grounds are landscaped with tropical Floridian vegetation and come complete with a private Tot Lot with a Little Tikes play castle with slide, 2 Little Tikes play houses, and 2 Little Tikes climbers, Minnie Mouse hopscotch, and lots of room for your children to play in complete privacy.
This vacation home features 2 large heated pools. The first pool is a Huge South and West Facing 42 X 20 foot private heated pool with 2 sprayers and adjoining 8 foot circular spa. The second pool for the children is a custom Mickey Mouse pool, 14 feet across and 12 inches deep with a fan sprayer and 3 bubbling gushers. You won’t find another vacation home with a pool as large as this just for children. You would have to stay at a resort to find anything comparable and at a resort pools are shared by everyone. The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 8 feet. Both pools and the spa have multi colored fibre optic lighting. There is a 26 X 8 foot Lanai (covered patio area).
This home boasts one of the largest screened pool deck areas, 3600 square feet, of any vacation home in the Orlando area. This provides plenty of room for everyone to recline around the pool and spa while enjoying the Florida sunshine. Lounge in resort style comfort and complete privacy on one of the eight cushioned lounge chairs.
The large family room is 20 X 17 feet, has a vaulted ceiling, leather furniture (2 sofas, 1 love seat, 1 chair), and a 50 inch Plasma TV, DVD player, and stereo. There is a DVD video library consisting of children’s videos and popular movies for your enjoyment.
Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment, the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa and watch TV.
The main master suite has a king size four poster bed with a pillow top mattress, toddler bed, full sized wooden crib in its own little room, 42 inch Plasma TV, DVD player. French doors lead out to the pool. The private bathroom has two sinks, separate shower, garden tub, and separate toilet area.
Live on the wild side in our tastefully decorated master Safari Suite. This room has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress, 24 inch TV, DVD player, and private bathroom. This suite is located on the main floor at the front of the home.
Our third master suite is a vintage themed Mickey and Minnie Mouse suite with king size canopy bed and pillow top mattress. The private bathroom is also Mickey Mouse themed. You are never too old to enjoy the Mouse. There is a 32 inch Flatcreen TV and DVD player.
The fourth bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. This room is adjacent to the pool bathroom and has French doors leading to the pool. There is a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a DVD player.
Children can live their Disney adventure in a Mickey & Minnie themed Children’s Retreat on the main floor which includes 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed, TV, DVD player, VCR, Sony Playstation 2, children’s videos, toy car garage, and workshop. Cuddle up with a child sized (4 foot) plush Mickey and Minnie.
Or spend time with Buzz and Woody after a long day at Animal Kingdom in the upstairs children’s Disney Suite. This Disney room has 3 twin beds and lots of Toy Story 3 to make you smile.There is a 19 inch TV/VCR combination and toys.
Treat the Princess in your family royally with her own Princess themed bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Princess toddler bed, and Princess vanity. There is 20 inch Flatscreen TV and DVD player.
We provide all children’s items free of charge. 5 strollers (1 double stroller, 1 sit & ride, and 3 single strollers), 3 high chairs, 2 booster seats, 3 Pack’n’Plays (playpens), 2 bedrails, 2 baby monitors, baby gate, and plush toys.
Sleeping accommodations include 4 King beds, 1 Queen beds, 7 Twin beds, 2 Toddler beds, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack’n’Plays (portable playpens). This provides great flexibility and room for 16 guests without even using the Toddler beds or Crib. There is a bed for everyone - no need to use a sofa bed.
The is fully equipped kitchen and includes a Kid’s Kitchen Cupboard which has Disney dishes just for kids. You will also find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and 2 microwaves. There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender. You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There are plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.
For your children’s safety and to comply with Florida law, there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.
Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV, 2 washers and 2 dryers, high speed wireless internet, free long distance phone calls in Continental US, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, all bedroom and bathroom linens, hair dryers in each bathroom, and pool towels.

We got back around noon today from our wonderful 3 day weekend at the Formosa home. I just wanted to pass along the rave reviews we all had about the house. Beautifully decorated, great amenities, easy to find, close to everything, fit several families in one house, wonderful pool area... and much more! Thank you for renting the house to us for the weekend. We're thinking of making this a family tradition since it had everything we needed! Thanks again!

recently spent a week at this villa and I have to admit that it was one of the most relaxing vacations to Disney that we have ever had! What a difference it makes coming home to a relaxing private pool, hot tub, and not living out of a suitcase like you do in a motel. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would gladly stay agian. Only a few minutes from disney and so much more relaxing than a hotel!!
