This over 4000 square foot home is situated on one of the largest lots in the private gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates. Formosa Gardens is a one of a kind community in the Disney area with large luxurious homes on estate-sized lots. The yard is fully fenced for your privacy. The villa grounds are landscaped and come complete with a Little Tikes swing set, a Little Tikes children's play house, a Minnie Mouse hopscotch, and lots of room for your children to play.
Huge South facing 45 X 20 foot private heated main pool with 2 sprayers. 8-foot circular spa. Custom 14 foot Mickey Mouse pool which is 12 inches deep with a sprayer and 3 bubbling gushers. The main pool depth ranges from 3 to 8 feet. There is a 26 X 8 foot Lanai (covered patio area).
This home boasts a 3600 square foot screened deck area, which provides plenty of room for everyone to lounge around the pool and spa.
The family room is 17 X 20 feet, has a vaulted ceiling, leather furniture, and a big screen TV, VCR, and stereo. There is a video library, which consists of some children's videos and some popular movies for your enjoyment. There is also games room with a full size Pool Table and Air Hockey.
Live on the wild side in our tastefully decorated Safari Room, one of 4 Master Suites. Three Master Suites have king size beds and the fourth suite has a queen bed. These rooms include private bathrooms and TV/VCR.
Cuddle up after a long day at Magic Kingdom with a child sized (4 foot) Mickey and Minnie in one of our Disney themed bedrooms with 3 twin beds. There is a 19-inch TV/VCR combination, children's videos, play kithcen, workshop, children's bookshelf and books, toy car garage, and toy box.
Snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, and Eyore after a long day at Animal Kingdom. This Disney room has 3 twin beds, but move over because you will have to share with Tigger and Pooh. There is a 19-inch TV/VCR combination.
Sleeping accommodations include 3 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 7 Twin beds, 2 Toddler beds, 1 Full size crib, and 3 Pack'n'plays. This provides room for 16 guests without even using the Toddle beds or crib. There is a TV and VCR in each bedroom.
This villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a Kids Kitchen Cupboard, which includes Disney Dishes just for kids. In the kitchen you will find a full sized refrigerator (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and 2 microwaves. There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender. You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There are many plastic Tupperware containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.
For your children's safety there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.
Other villa amenities include Cable TV with 60 channels, washer and dryer, free local phone calls, all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom. This villa is fully air conditioned and heated.
Strollers, high chairs and playpens are available at the home free of charge.
