Loved my Stay at this Gated Resort

My husband and granddaughters (7 and 14yrs) totally enjoyed ourselves.. Would recommend this home to everyone, especially those who like being in the pool and walking.. There was a nice track area around/near the club house, play area and basket ball court. Everything was clean and quiet.. Although it is not advertised there were plenty of towels, a coffee pot, iron/board, but there is no DVD player and we brought along a couple of movies to watch. The location was great. There were a variety of places to eat and shop.. We also took the toll road straight into Disney without out taking a single turn once we got on and reaching our destination in 5 to 6 mins.. Very quick trip which would allow you to leave and return to the Theme Parks easily...

Owner response:There is a DVD player located in the TV cabinet together with a Playstation III with Blu Ray.

There is nothing I can complain about. It was clean, my kids loved the pool (it is bigger that it looks in the pictures). With the heat on it felt great in December. I plan on staying there the next time I visit Orlando. Location is great only about 10 min to Disney parks. Thank you so much for a great vacation.

It makes a change to get everything promised, but that is what we got with Villa Verde Resort. The house was large enough for all of us and more - with every facility you can imagine. Safe outdoor pool for children plus the Clubhouse pool - lovely to have a relaxing drink and keep an eye on the children. Disney and all the Theme parks not far away. Although a drive to Clearwater it's a must as you feel like you are in paradise - lovely beeches for the children. Near to Walmart to get any shopping required, restaurants etc close by too. A great holiday for us all. Thank you so much - see you next year. September 2012

....three small crawling visitors we met during our 10day stay. The townhouse is beautiful and well maintained. The living room has a large flat screen which has every imaginable TV channel and more. There is a working DVD player and the two largest bedrooms have a TV as well. Unfortunately the other two bedrooms have not. The private pool is great. We stayed end of July/early August and the water temperature (without heating) was just perfect. A tiny fresh feel as you got in, and just delightful after sixty seconds or so. Could not have been better. Location of the semi detached townhouse is AAA. Is it just a one and a half minute walk to the clubhouse and large community pool. This pools water is much warmner and not at all refreshing with outside temperatures above 90 / 30 degrees. As mentioned before, the only downside to our stay were three little critters in the house. We encountered two cockroaches downstairs and one on the stairs. We do appreciate that it is very difficult to keep these little ones out during these tropical summer but nevertheless..... we have stayed 12 times in Kissimmee hotels, condo's and villas and this was our very first cokroach meeting. Nevertheless, should we consider going to Kissimmee a 13th time, I would not hesitate to book this townhouse again.

Owner response:We have a 24/7 call out to deal with infestation once our managment team have been informed. However, we are upset that any bugs were present in our townhouse and have increased our bug treatment from once a month to once a fortnight.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Verde on the Terra Verde Resort. The house was very welcoming and spotlessly clean with everything we could have asked for - even towels for beach and bath - as well as wi-fi and games console to keep the kids entertained. The heated pool was beautiful and the owners, along with the management team, were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. We were very impressed with the location of the villa to the Florida attractions with the Disney Parks being just a 20 minute drive away and restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive. We got all the luxury of a hotel but without the price tag - I can't praise it enough and have recommended it to friends and family as I know they won't be disappointed - fantastic!

This has been our fifth year at the Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee, Florida and our second year at the Condo owned by Jeff and Astrid Storey. It's nice to drive 2000 miles from Canada in the winter and arrive at a place we have come to know as our "home away from home". My wife loves this area. The condo is great, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room and wireless internet. Open the patio door and you can step into a heated pool. Now that is roughing it! Besides being a great place to rest and relax, there are plenty of places to shop, numerous golf courses and you are within 30 minutes of Sea World, Disneyland, Universal Studios and the Holy Land Experience. Jeff and Astrid have been great in making certain that any unexpected occurances are taken care of speedily by their Property Management Company. Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention that Terra Verde is a gated community, with well kept grounds, a beautiful Club House, huge swimming pool, man made lake, games room and exercise room. My wife Kathy looks forward the whole year to her vacation at Terra Verde and as long as we are able to vacation there in the winter we plan on doing it. We have recommended Terra Verde Resort to many of our friends and they have enjoyed it as much as we have. Every morning we walk around the lake, feeding the birds and just simply enjoying ourselves. This year the lake has a new resident, a baby alligator.

Good place in the orlando Area

Good in general large and good space for quite many people.Relatively close to all parks and restuarants. Cleaning should be better and we had problem with lots of small ants indoor.
