Our beautifully light and airy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse has now been upgraded with the first floor fully tiled and has a Flat Screen High Definition cable TV, Playstation 3 games console and DVD player. In addition the living area and both master bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Located on the gated Terra Verde it has a private heated pool, conservation view, and is furnished to a high standard. One of the master bedrooms is located on the first floor [ground] with an adjacent bathroom. The other is on the second floor with an en-suite shower room - each one having a queen size bed.
There are two further bedrooms on the second floor, each with two single beds and another bathroom. The villa has a well equipped kitchen, and is fully air conditioned.
Terra Verde is an award winning resort with many amenities you would expect from a large hotel complex. Villa Verde is only two minutes walk from the 6000 sq. ft. Clubhouse, offering wireless internet, a gymnasium, sauna and games room. Outside there is a large swimmng pool with a poolside Tiki Bar and a hot tub. The area is surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubs and a sandy play area for the children, as well as areas for ball games. All this as well as 24 hour security.
The Terra Verde complex is on Poinciana Boulevard close to US 192 and is a 15 minute drive from Disney World and all its attractions. There are numerous places to eat as well as clothing outlets, shops and supermarket very close by, also two excellent Malls about 30 minutes drive away. In short, everything you could possibly want for a fabulous holiday.
