Welcome to our new family home built in June 2002. Our executive home accommodates ten and comes complete with its own heated, screened private pool and spa. Additionally, the home contains three cable TV's, fully-equipped modern kitchen with all major appliances, adjacent breakfast nook, and formal dining area. A covered lanai with spacious deck furniture overlooks the pool.
The home is located in the FIVE STAR gated community of Windsor Palms (Formerly Wyndham Palms) located just three miles from Disney World and close to several restaurants, shopping centers, and golf courses. You will have complete access to the spectacular Club House at Windsor Palms which contains a large Olympic-size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, toddler pool, fitness center, video arcade, 50 seat cinema, children's play area, billiard tables, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, picnic and Barbecue areas, business facilities, and sundry shop.
Our house in kid friendly. Allow your children to play with the games and toys provided inside the house or in the pool. They can enjoy watching any of the several VCR movies or DVD's provided. Our house is parent-friendly as well. Two Master Bedrooms complete with their own private bathrooms and TV's, portable baby crib and high chair, and large washer and dryer help make your stay comfortable. We also provide a double stroller for our guests; feel free to use at any of the parks that you visit and save money on renting strollers.

This home was clean and spacious. It had every amenity we could have asked for. Plenty of room for our family of 7- which included 2 yr old twins, parents, and grandparents. The clubhouse and its' amenities were also great. The drive to DisneyWorld was literally 5 minutes. This house had it all!! We'd definitely return! When we arrived, all of the television were knocked out b/c the wires were hit by lightening the previous day. The rental manager was at the house in less than an hour. He assessed the situation and returned that very evening with 2 new televsions for the house! I would definietly recommend this property to friends and familt.

This home was awesome for our family of 4 on vacation to Florida in Jan/Feb 2011. It had plenty of room, a wonderful warm pool, wonderful amenities, and great location. The beds were all very comfortable. It took our family only 5 minutes to be driving through the Walt Disney World gates that ALL kids love to see!! There were absolutely NO problems with the house and we will definitely return and stay there again. I would recommend this home to ANYONE. Numerous restaurants on Highway 192 are within 3 minutes of the home. Great golf courses are in every direction from the house.

This home was a wonderful change from staying in a hotel! The neighborhood was very quiet and only 5 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom. There is a new shopping center with grocery store less than 3 minutes from the property. The house was very clean and ready for our stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and very close to everything. The property was clean and really enjoyed all the towels and kids toys, nice touch. We would recommend to anyone. Short trips to the house from Disney attractions really saved us alot of money on food. Cooking utensils could use an upgrading. The only complaint that we had was that the gas grill that is advertised with the house was not there. When we called the manager we were told it had not been there for a while. Need to update that on advertisement.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at a rental home in Florida - second time in this gated community - and we loved this home. It was so clean and many "extras". Staying at the home over Spring Break, the community pool was much busier than we were used to so having our own private pool every evening was a plus. We also had 2 adults and 4 teenagers who showered/used the pool a lot and the number of towels available was amazinq! Something you don't necessarily think about. The kids loved the VCR tapes/DVDs. We also liked the guest book where former renters put in great bits of advice. We will definitely stay here again next time we come.

We stayed in this comfortable home in Feb/09. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and spa and appreciated the abundant supply of pool towels and the pool toys. We liked the convenience of the well-equipped kitchen - making it easy to cook up a quick meal after a busy day at the parks. The proximity of the pool and the living room meant we could always keep a close eye on the children playing in the pool. We also enjoyed using the club house - especially the movie theatre, tennis and basketball courts and games room. We had peace of mind knowing we were in a gated community!

We had a great time on our december 2005 Orlando vacation and your house made it all more enjoyable to all of us. The house is beautiful and very confortable. 7/5-03-7/14-03 Wow! 7 Adults, 2 kids and we are not crowded! Beautifully decorated home. We had a wonderful time. The parks were fun and then coming back to relax in the pool was much better than a hotel. We are already planning our return.
