My wife and I stayed here two nights with our 1yr old daughter. Having a separate area for our daughter to nap and sleep was the main selling point for us and why we chose this cabin over a standard hotel room (we were able set her pack-n-play up in the kitchenette which is separated from the bedroom). It worked perfectly for what we needed and we had a truly pleasant stay. The only surprise was that the water is not very good for drinking (potable, but with a strong sulfur taste). We picked up some bottled water at the store just a mile down the road and all was well. Also, not a problem but it isn't clear from the photos the owner's residence is right next to the cabin. My only suggestion for the owner were she to make improvements would be to up-size the bed to a queen. The location is not particularly close to the town of Lopez, but we were visiting friends camping on the southern tip of the island so it worked great for us. We would definitely stay there again, and, outside of camping, it appears to be the most affordable place to stay on Lopez.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.
