Cozy Sunrise Oasis one mile from downtown restaurants & shops

As a guest in our Sunrise Oasis you will be staying in our one bedroom apartment situated above our detached garage (stairs are required for access to the unit). There is a balcony which overlooks the owners manicured backyard and offers stunning views of Mt Baker and Fidalgo Bay. We are located just one block from Historic Downtown Anacortes with an array of shopping and restaurants.

PLEASE NOTE: KING BED is on order and will arrive early April 2024 - in the meantime, sleep tight in the high quality, plush queen bed

This is our second stay, and I can't wait to come back. Everything is beautiful. Well-furnished. Some of our favorites: comfy bed, sunrise view, frig with ice-maker, heated bathroom floor and towel rack, room for two-people games at the Kitchen island, central location.

Fantastic place even better than the pictures

This is a really well located property that is nicely done up with a beautiful balcony views. Very nicely appointed with heated floors and towel warmer and very well equipped Kitchen. A great place to stay I’ll be back.

great apartment with amazing views

The apartment is cozy, with a comfortable bed, large kitchen, and everything you need for a great stay. It has amazing views of Mt Baker and the water, and is walking distance to downtown, with its shops and restaurants. Angie was a terrific host and we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Space

Beautifully delightful!

Simply a fantastic place to stay. Centrally located, exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and a plethora of thoughtful details and touches. Exceptionally responsive hosts. We felt at home, slept very well, and enjoyed every minute of this beautiful spot. Can't wait until our next visit!

We are Washington natives and LOVE the outdoors, including hiking, biking and enjoying a glass of wine by the fire at night. After years of staying as guest in short term rentals we decided to create a welcoming place where we can host and provide an area that travelers can relax and create memories in our amazing town

When we moved to Anacortes, WA in 2015 it was very important that we found a home within walking distance (1 mile) to Historic Downtown shopping and restaurants. We are in a very safe and quiet area.

Our lot sits on enough elevation that we have a beautiful view of Mt Baker, Fidalgo Bay and the Cap Sante Marina. Our rental unit is located on the 2nd floor of our detached garage and has a balcony which overlooks our manicured yard.
