We are pleased to introduce you to our newest development on the Pacific Northwest Coast. Villa Rayo de Luna has a total capacity of 5 bedrooms or can be rented as a 4 bedroom facility. The modern Studio bedroom (optional) has mini-kitchen, queen bed, bath and separate entrance may be added to your rental if a 5th bedroom is needed. Four bedrooms have queen-size beds and one bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. 4.5 private bathrooms. This 5 bedroom Villa has lovely native cedar wood cabinets and granite countertops. All USA construction and furnishings.
You will enjoy your own private 10 to 12 person splash pool with rental of Villa Rayo de Luna and balcony which overlooks the beautiful Bay of Papagayo (Pacific Ocean). Coco is the closest little town where there are bars and restaurants; however, there are 3 restaurants located within the Ocotal community (gated community where Villa Rayo is located.) The town if full of life, party and restaurants.
The Roca Bruja Restaurant at the Ocotal Resort sits on top of a hill with a stunning 270 degree view overlooking the Papagayo Gulf. Whether you decide to partake of the breakfast buffet or visit at sunset for cocktails and dinner, you won't want to miss this picturesque spot. For a more casual dining experience, you can enjoy the Father Rooster Bar & Grill. This beach side restaurant attracts both tourists and Ocotal residents alike, and is a two minute walk from the villa.
In Bahia Pez Vela you will find the Picante Restaurant and in nearby Playas del Coco, you will find a number of other restaurants with a variety of different dining experiences-everything from sushi to pizza. The villa is completely furnished so you can prepare what ever meals you and your friends desire. There is also a bed and breakfast that serves a wonderful breakfast within a 2 minute walking distance of the Villa.
We have a large beautiful pool (see photos) which is exclusive for 5 Villas in your private gated area. The pool has a waterfall, swim up bar and a fabulous tiki hut. You are permitted to take your cooler to the pool area and enjoy the day or night. The pool is open 24/7.
Villa Rayo de Luna is located in the gated community of Ocotal. It is located within a self-contained beautifully landscaped gated area. The beach is a short 2 minute walk. The lower level has underground parking, the second level has 3 bedrooms and the upper level has 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area, bar area and private splash pool w/barstools & a gorgeous view of the Bay of Papagayo.
5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms; floor area: 2,800 Sq Ft. Sleeps 12 with the capability of more guests by adding the option of using the futons, portable beds for children and the additional 5th bedroom Bungalow with private entrance, queen bed, bath and mini kitchen.
