Native's Return is a charming and comfortable beach cottage in Nags Head, North Carolina, on the Outer Banks, right across the street from the ocean. This traditional cottage is a local artist's vacation studio/residence which was recently renovated, brought up to date with every convenience, and delightfully redecorated and filled with art. The nice back yard is fenced in, perfect for children and pets, and contains a hot tub and outdoor patio with grill, and a nice lawn for play. Badminton and croquet are available.

In an excellent location, on the 'Beach Road' at the 11 mile post, there is a beach access half a block (350 feet) in either direction. Good restaurants and the Nags Head Fishing Pier are a short walk away, and food shopping is also very close as are other shops and restaurants.

  • We stayed at Natives Return in 2007. We met the owner at the house. He is very friendly and helpful. The house is as advertised, great for kids and was the best house we have used for dogs. The landscaping is amazing and the location is very convenient. We plan on staying again someday. Very clean and well maintained. Artwork is a great addition. If the space fits your needs, you will not be disappointed.
