Se stai cercando un'occasione di vacanza unica in cui non devi invitare 25 dei tuoi amici e familiari più cari, Sea Spray Cottages OBX è il posto che fa per te. La posizione è ideale, Mile Post 11. 7, appena a sud di Nags Head Pier e appena a nord di Soft Snow Bird Serve Ice Cream; sarete in posizione centrale a molte attrazioni.

Sea Spray Cottages sono stati costruiti nel 1950. Ci sono 5 cottage in totale, ogni cottage è simile agli altri, ma unico nel suo genere.

Questa è la decima stagione in cui io e mia moglie gestiamo il SEA SPRAY COTTAGES OBX per le vacanze. Gestiamo un'operazione di mamma e papà, un'esperienza di un giorno, ma goduta a fondo dai nostri ospiti.

Sea Spray Cottages OBX offre agli ospiti la sensazione di come fossero le vacanze sulle Outer Banks durante un'era meno complicata. I cottage sono dotati di comfort moderni che renderanno la vostra visita rilassante e piacevole. Lenzuola e asciugamani non sono forniti. Check-in è alle 3:30 e il check out è alle 10:00.

Cottage # 1 ha 3 camere da letto, che può ospitare 6. Ha una pianta aperta che si presta al soggiorno rilassato e piacevole. Questo cottage ha un accogliente portico anteriore e una veranda sul retro per mangiare all'aperto.

Unico per le banche esterne questo cottage è disponibile per soggiorni notturni anche durante l'estate. In estate abbiamo un minimo di 3 notti. Le tariffe settimanali si applicano a qualsiasi soggiorno di 7 giorni consecutivi.

Questo cottage si trova a Nags Head e vanta una posizione strategica sulla spiaggia. Destination Fun e Full Throttle Speedway sono due delle principali attrazioni della zona. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, è d'obbligo una tappa a Outer Banks Mall e Outlets Nags Head . Anche Mutiny Bay Adventure Golf e Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop meritano una visita. Ammira gli stupefacenti animali della zona con le escursioni alla ricerca di animali selvatici e il birdwatching.

Lovely 4th of July Vacay

Check-in was extremely easy and the host messaged us that our unit was left unlocked for us, just before we arrived. He let us check in about 30 minutes early upon our arrival, which I appreciated so much being that we had a 5 week old newborn with us. The cottage was as described and very clean. The location was nice because it was so close to the beach. It’s located between two beach accesses but the beach access to the left has a warning sign for an increase in waterborne illness within 200 yards of that sign, due to storm drains. So that’s was unpleasant. Other than that the location was great.

May OBX

I stayed at this cottage at the end of May 2025 with my spouse, parents, and dog. It was a great vacation! The cottage had ample parking (3 spaces available), and all the basics needed. The cottage is 5 minute walk from the beach, and just be mindful that you have to take a staircase over the dunes in order to actually access the beach, so if you bring a lot of umbrellas and chairs and things you'll probably need to make a couple trips. There's a small parking area right before the stairs to the beach though and we were able to park there to unload the car. We loved that the cottage had a front porch with a small gate on it so our dog could join us relaxing out there. Billy also provided our towels and bed sheets, which was great. Billy was very quick to answer texts and answer any questions that we had.My parents are on the older side (70) and they mentioned that the beds/mattresses were pretty tall and had some slight difficulty getting into the beds, so that's something to just keep in mind if you have those concerns.This cottage was great though, and I'd recommended it! Thanks for having us :)

Quick spring get away

We were looking for a small place close to the beach for just my wife and I and our 2 dogs. This was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was very clean, and check-in was easy. We only stayed for 2 nights but would consider a longer stay next time

Fantastic Beach Cottage

Traditional Nags Head beach house with lots of space for gathering. Nearby family came for the day, and we all enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Nostalgic: A beach property like they used to be before HDTV, before mega-cottages, self-contained resorts in which each guest has their own suite of rooms. Fully-updated. Well and completely stocked. Chefs will want to pack their own knives.

Family beach week

Great cottage steps from the beach. Location was perfect! Size was perfect for our family of 4. More than enough space inside cottage and great front porch and back porch with dining table. Very clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. Some things could have made the stay easier/better: not providing linens means a lot of extra things to pack; beds not the most comfortable; no curtains so bedrooms get very bright very early (not great for the littles).

Little Cottage w/ Lots of Charm!

I’d definitely stay here again! Location was perfect and cottage was traditional OBX vintage, which I love 💕 Ship lap ceilings, wide plank pine floors with lots of character and the best part was the gated front porch and beautifully maintained yard that was perfect for my two Frenchies that were welcome as well! I only stayed 2 days waiting to get into my Saturday rental but I’ll definitely consider a longer stay next time!

Absolutely wonderful little cottage

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at the Seaspray cottage. Mr Vallino really made us feel at home. We will rebook with him this summer.

Sibling Trip

My siblings and I spent a weekend at this cottage for our annual trip. It was extremely clean and we had no issues upon check-in; the entire process was seamless and easy. This was my first Vrbo rental, and I was well pleased and would recommend this cute nostalgic cottage for other visitors to Nags Head. It would work especially well for small families since there is only one bathroom. Also, FYI, the washer and dryer are in a detached garage on the property, but that posed no issues for our short trip. Again, other than being a true beach cottage, this place was incredibly clean, and that detail alone is paramount in my book. Highly recommend.

Lovely cottage

Cottage has an open layout which makes it feel bigger. Fenced in yard and the big front porch were perfect for our dogs. Cottage is in a great location, across from beach entrance. First time in Nags Head and loved it! Would rent here again!

My wife, Laura Lee Garrett, had been vacationing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina since she was an infant and introduced me, John Vollino, to the area when we were dating. We purchased our first vacation cottage a year after we were married in 1991 and purchase the Sea Spray Cottage Court in 2007. The cottages were built in 1950; there are four in total.

The cottages were slated for demolition and sale of the bare lots. We purchased the cottage court to save them from the wrecking ball. Our intent is to preserve and revitalize a little piece of old Nags Head so that we and others can enjoy a bit of history and vacation in a comfortable and uncomplicated way.

At the Sea Spray Cottages you will not have to vacation with 25 of your closest friends and family. Given the size of the cottages, you can enjoy your vacation with your immediate family or with a few close friends at a very affordable price. There is plenty to do in Nags Head including enjoying the beach, which is across the street. Cottage #1 has a large comfortable front porch were you can sit, enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the world go by.
