Welcome to Parrot’s Perch Cottage - a delightful 2 bedroom located on the famous pink sand beach of Harbor Island in the Bahamas.
Your first sight of Harbor Island is from a wind whipped water taxi as you make the five minute trip from North Eleuthera. The lively harbor is lined with brightly painted Victorian style cottages. A short golf cart ride, on the left side of the road, takes you to the most beautiful pink sand beach in the world and your island home, Parrots Perch. The island and home’s allure is its natural beauty with most visitors spending the day on the beach, on a boat, or swimming in the clear ocean.
Our Harbour Island property consists of two separate houses, Parrots Perch House (4 bedrooms, 3 baths, listed separately #205452) and Parrots Perch Cottage (2 bedrooms, 2 baths) with a total of 6 bedrooms on a beautiful expanse of lawn and gardens leading to a private, pink sandy beach. The houses can be rented separately or together.
Parrots Perch Cottage
Parrots Perch Cottage is fully air-conditioned with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The cottage interior is colorfully furnished for casual living.
The cottage also has an outdoor grill and dining area.
Cottage Bedroom Configuration:
All bedrooms are on the second floor and are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans
-Bedroom 1 - King bed with shared bathroom.
-Bedroom 2 - King or twin beds with shared bathroom.

It was private, convenient, bright, cheerful, comfortable & clean! We didn't need to use the a/c because we stayed in November. However, the generator came in handy, since the electricity seemed to go out every couple days. Our only complaint would be that the patio furniture chairs need to be taller to enjoy more of the gorgeous view. The owner is very informative & responded quickly to all of our questions. The caretaker is awesome & is an excellent cook. Everyone on the island is very helpful & friendly and the beaches & restaurants weren't crowded at all. We were already discussing coming back even before we left. We simply loved it!
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
