Best Sea Resort in Asia!

  The location is good and the house itself is nice and spacious however the listing says there is a washer and dryer. The dryer was broken and the washer smells moldy. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. Also, the wifi was not working and we had to sit with the manager for over an hour while he got it working. The towels and sheets are wore. The pool area is very beautiful and nice. The house is quite a ways to the beach. We never found the public beach area and ended up using the beach at some of the local resorts. Some will let you use there chairs and pool for a small fee. Mui Ne is a great little beach town and we enjoyed it very much.

  Owner response: We have personally come to our villa in this Mui Ne Domaine compound the last few days and have started looking seriously into these complaints, even though we know that we have been very unlucky to have a group of tenants who have messed up our TV in the master bedroom, damaged the shower in the bathroom, broke one chair, arrived without paying the rent in advance, and paid the rent ten days after leaving the villa and after receiving our reminder. First, nothing was and is wrong with both the dryer and the washer. The tenants simply did not know how to use a dryer properly. The exhaust pipe of the dryer has been blocked almost completely. We cleaned the filter and empty the exhaust pipe located behind the dryer and dried our clothes nicely. We also ran an empty washer in order to bring up the good smell of the machine. These machines are not heavy duty commercial dryer and washer and it takes about one hour to dry a load of light clothes. We used to dry our clothes in the open sunshine. Secondly, to be on the safe side, and even though all the mattresses are still in excellent conditions since we have only bought them a few years back and barely used them, we have replaced the two mattresses in the master bedroom and in the downstairs guest bedroom with thicker and softer mattresses. Thirdly, nothing was wrong with the wifi. Somebody has incorrectly reset the wifi without our knowledge and/or permission. Lastly, we replaced all the towels with lighter ones even though the towels are designed for emergency use only. The renters are supposed to have their own towels. Also, as a friendly reminder to our new renters, the small and upgraded beach in front of the Sea Links resort is a public beach. We swim at this beach almost every morning while we stay in our villa. We also own and manage one villa at Sea Links and we know how the system works.

  Dear David, Thank you for your hospitality and for answering every tiny questions I made. We had an amazing time in the villa. The place was spacious, full of light and the view was just spectacular. The rooms were clean, airy and exact to the pictures. Mui Ne Domaine in general is a romantic and sunny place to spend your weekend in Mui Ne. We had a great time lounging around with the pool all to ourselves. I wished it's closer to the beach, that would be perfect. Nearby restaurant: Cay Bang and Hoa Vien: delicious. Definitely would be back and recommend this to my friends. Thanks and regards,

  Since my first stay at David's villa on Jan 2011, I have come back twice and it will be my 1st choice whenever I'm in Mui Ne. The villa is spacious, clean and stock with everything you need. It is absolutely a home away from home. Big backyard and the view of the ocean makes the villa one of the best of the compound. Mui Ne Domain is very green with a big, clean swimming pool, it was very relaxing. David is very nice, he answered to all of my question promptly through email. Even though we haven't met, he made sure the compound's management handles all of our request and made sure we had a nice stay. I'm glad I stayed at the villa and hope to see David in person one day!

• Great place to stay!

  We spent our 2010 Christmas at this villa and had a fantastic time. The house was large and beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone to have a little privacy. We were two families staying there together and we appreciated that there were 2 bedrooms on 2 separate floors that had private baths. The pool was wonderful and our kids had a great time playing there. The fenced in backyard was also very nice with little ones. It was very easy to take a taxi into town and to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great vacation.

  Hi David, I just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time visiting Mui Ne and we loved your villa and the complex. We would definitely love to come again some day. My husband's friend is now interested in bringing his family there. What is your availability for the next couple of months? The only thing I would have to say is it would be good if there were a coffee machine and perhaps better beds and pillows, but other than that.. PERFECT! Thank you.
