Our dream home, Castillo Del Mar (castle by the sea) was finished in November 2008 and is ready to give you an incredible vacation experience. Each room in the house has an amazing 180% view of the Carribean ocean. You can relax in the spacious living area on the comfortable new modern furniture, enjoy sitting at the granite counter top for breakfast or have a sit down dinner catered by a wonderful local cook. Our refrigerator is equipped with a bottled water ice maker, very rare item on the Island.
The master suite has a king size bed and ample closet space. To top off the experience of total luxury, there is a two person Jacuzzi in the master bath. Which also has a full view of the ocean. The guest room has a queen size bed and the same closet space. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have memory foam mattresses which provide an exceptional night’s sleep . All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning . Come and relax on the front veranda. Enjoy the cooling breeze that makes this side of the island so popular. Or you can relax on one of our hammocks under the rooftop palapa after a refreshing dip in the shared plunge pool. Our house is a short $1.50 cab ride to town with its many restaurants, stores and beaches, making it far enough from the noise and bustle of town yet close enough to enjoy all it has to offer. for those of you familiar with the island we are right across the street from casa cristal. There are also many small conveince stores, shops, and small restaurants + taco places within walking distance in the neighborhood "La Gloria" behind our home. Fine quality towels (including wash cloths) and bed linens are provided as well as beach towels. Maid service is provided once a week during your stay. Every bedroom also has a safe for the security of your valuables.
The 4 studios bedrooms on the 2nd floor all have seperate entrances,restroom with shower, ceiling fans, air conditioning and small kitchens. Including refrigerators sink, 2 burner stove, microwave and coffee makers .All include everything needed to cook and eat in the room. The clock radio also will play any mp3 player or ipod. They all have a small balcony with a spectacular ocean view. All rooms have access to the rooftop pool and shady palapa. We have a relaxed policy with regard to our guests but if your looking for a spring break location to party in and trash this isn't for you. we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. We would bend this rule for special circumstances, contact us for more details.

we fell in love with this island on our honeymoon 15 years ago. we finished building our dream house last year, and we're eager to share it with friends , new friends and family.
