  The description was accurate and property was clean. The owner was especially friendly and helpful with answering questions and even sent someone over when I first arrived to help get the Internet set up. For me, the walkup was a bit tricky with regard to getting suitcases, etc., in and out, and the walk around the block to get to the parking area with suitcases was cumbersome, but the loft itself was an amazing spot with tons of space, and right in the center of everything. Great location. I would recommend the property to others as long as they don't mind the one flight walkup and no rear exit to the parking around the block. Do not remember the walkup and parking situation being listed in the description, although the parking directions were included in the instructions once the place was booked. Owner is receptive to suggestions.

I want all travelers to read this as the FREE parking is utilized by everyone. I do recommend to unload in front of the building BEFORE parking your car behind the building. I cannot stress this enough thus this review is extremely helpful for this very reason. I also send explicit parking instruction out prior to arrivals. I do my very best to be helpful and courteous with all travelers and do not want ANY misunderstandings. Thank you for writing this review and giving travelers information about your experience.   The loft was exactly as described, it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our get away. We loved being right in downtown Asheville where everything was within walking distance. It was also only minutes from The Biltmore Estate and the mountains. Will definitely stay there again.

  Had the BEST time at the Loft with my son. We were able to leave the car in the space and walk everywhere we wanted to go. All the best restaurants and shops were within a block or two and we could not have ordered better weather. The space is awesome and really gives you the 'loft' experience. It is well-equipped and the beds were super comfortable.Will definitely be back!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Our friend's husband rented this loft as a surprise girl's b-day getaway weekend for her and it was perfect with plenty of room for the three of us. The loft was in a great location on Broadway in downtown Asheville. Once we parked our car after unloading luggage and making a trip to Earth Fare for food and wine essentials, it was never moved again until departing. The place is in walking distance to pretty much everything downtown…food, entertainment, and much more. During our stay we had a blast aboard the LaZoom Comedy Tour bus ride and had a wonderful meal at Curate Tapas Bar. We would recommend the Broadway Loft to others who plan a trip to the Asheville area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

  We stayed here during the July 4th weekend. We have always stayed on the outskirts of Asheville and had to drive in and then back to the place we were staying. What a treat this was to be able to walk everywhere downtown -- all the restaurants and bars are so close! Our car stayed parked the whole time. The loft was very spacious and had everything we needed. We are excited to stay here again!

  Just returned from Asheville while staying in this loft. It was perfect for us ( 2 adults, 1 dog). The location is ideal--you can walk everywhere, and the loft was clean and big. Everything you would need was there. It was nice to walk around the city to the restaurants and breweries, and easily return to check on the dog and let her out. I would much rather stay here than any hotel. I will be back to Asheville again, and this is where I will be staying.

  We just returned from a week in Asheville and were so lucky to have found this great loft in the middle of downtown. It is a very large space with private free parking in the rear and a walk-up in the front. The owners keep it well maintained and stocked with just about anything you could need. Asheville is a compact city so we were able to walk to just about everywhere from this location. Restaurants surround you. We would definitely return again.

  My husband and I have been to the loft twice and hope to return again shortly. We love to hike and then explore the breweries and night life in Asheville. Had a great time both times. The loft is very comfortable and so convenient. I love the place!

ASHEVILLE’S BROADWAY LOFT RENTAL CONTRACT 55 1/2 BROADWAY ST. ASHEVILLE, NC 28801 1. The RENTAL PERIOD (please refer to dates sent with price quote). CHECK-IN TIME: after 3:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME: no later than 11:00 A.M. unless otherwise arranged with ELIZABETH ANN WYNDELTS (OWNER). 2. This is a NON-SMOKING residence. Evidence of smoking during the RENTAL PERIOD shall be grounds for immediate eviction. 3. Pets are permitted upon prior approval by the OWNER at an additional charge of $50.00. 4.All reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment . A $40.00 cleaning fee will apply (ONLY) to 2 night reservations. 5. A minimum 30 day notice is required for a CANCELLATION and a full refund. ***EXCLUSION-All credit card CANCELLATIONS are subject to a CANCELLATION FEE of 5% of the RENTAL RATE or $50.00, whichever is greater. Early departure does not warrant any refund. 6. The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of this residence is four (4) persons. 7.
