Wireless internet, cable and DVD library are all available, as well as a full kitchen and dining area and washer/dryer. With both king and queen beds, the Loft can sleep up to four in your party. My husband and I have been to the loft twice and hope to return again shortly. We love to hike and then explore the breweries and night life in Asheville. Had a great time both times. The loft is very comfortable and so convenient. I love the place!

Just returned from a girls weekend in Asheville. The Loft could not have been more perfect for a place for the three of us to stay. The location, right in the heart of downtown, was within walking distance of so many great places to eat, drink and shop. The loft had more than enough room, and many more amenities (TV, DVDs, books, washer/dryer, kitchen, etc...) than we needed. A surprising bonus feature is the designated parking space behind the building. We squeezed a full size SUV and a minivan nose to nose into that one space, which left us one vehicle parked on the street, or in the nearby public lot. We will definitely stay at the Loft again. So much better than a hotel!

We just got back from a girls (four of us) get - away. More than enough space. Absolutley great!! Close to everything downtown - shops, dining, historic attractions. No need for a car - just your walking shoes! We were welcomed with fresh flowers! The owner was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone and we will be back to Asheville, and we will definitley be back to this loft. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality in all you did and offered!

The Loft was perfect for the four of us! Joel was very helpful with all arangements. He even sent my phone charge that I left! The location is perfect. Our car was left in the parking spot all weekend. We will be back.

Some things do get better with time. I was at this loft right after it was available for rent and came back this week. The location is great. We were able to walk everywhere downtown.....Salsa's, Zambra's, the art galleries and we fell in love with the organic handcrafted furniture in Futon Design. (Don't let the name fool you...yes, they have futons but this place has amazing affordable handmade platform beds and dressers to die for!).....but back to The Loft. It is NOT big city glitzy.....it has.wood kitchen cabinets, cool antiques....not a Donald Trump bathroom but nice and clean. It has an ocean of space but it is still very cozy and homey and the king size bed is so comfortable! (We didn't try the double bed or the futon). We'll be back!

This Loft can't be beat. What a great 'feel like home' kind of place. Perfect location, well-equipped kitchen and a king size bed that I wish were my own. We will return! Check out Salsa's caribbean and top it off with desert from True Confections at the Grove Arcade.We highly recommend this Loft. Be sure to read the guest book as it is fun and very informative.
