The condo is located in a newly constructed, state of the art, stylish & eclectic downtown mid-rise, with privacy and security. Guests can literally walk to almost everything and enjoy downtown Asheville without ever getting back in the car.

Downtown Asheville, just 2.5 blocks from the center of downtown/Pack Square. Walkable to everything downtown Asheville, and even Biltmore Village & easy access to the world famous Biltmore Estate (must drive to enter). Less than 20 minutes to the Asheville Airport. The condo has its own private building parking garage for easy, secure & unencumbered access 24/7.

This luxury condo has been outfitted to entertain the discerning traveler, and has extremely spacious rooms, and an open floor plan for Great Room, Kitchen and dining area. There are multiple outdoor spaces, with a huge private deck for outdoor dining, relaxing, or just people-watching while sipping your morning coffee, or sharing cocktails in the evening before a night out on the town. The bedrooms are equally spacious, with private ensuite bathrooms. Most folks want to come experience multiple restaurants they have read touting world-renowned chefs, but for those that want to stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking any and all types of meals. And there is plenty of space to visit amongst yourselves while cooking, with bar stools too.
Furnishings and accessories are eclectic and stylish, creating a welcoming, calming, functional and comfortable environment to unwind and just take it easy. The rest is all about downtown Asheville, so get out and enjoy!
You are just minutes from America's favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, Segway tour…just about any outdoor activity! Quiet Policy: Please note that the condo is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive downtown mid-rise. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
