What a wonderful location and neat property! We had a large group of 13 come in from all over the world for a special celebration and the house was perfect for our needs. The house is immaculately maintained and furnished. The owners are easy to work with and were very gracious with the last minute changes we requested. Thirteen thumbs up from us! We hope to return soon.

My family and I (all adults) stayed at this lovely upstairs condo just a minute's walk from beautiful Newport Beach. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, its lovely appointments and the attention to detail that the owner gives it. All appliances were new, and the kitchen was well stocked with almost every imaginable cooking implement one would wish to have. The balcony was lovely for sitting outside during the day and the gas grill worked like a charm. My family took full advantage of the bicycles to get out to the pier and sightsee. We plan to return next Easter.

We just stayed at this beach house and this home is adorable. The home contains all upgraded and high-end features throughout. Very clean and decorated to the "T". Very impressive. It's located a minute from the ocean and a short bike ride takes you to the pier with all kinds of fun restaurants. You can even ride bikes to the Balboa Fun Zone for kayaking. I highly recommend it. We will be back next year.
