Even better, take a short drive to our outdoor swimming pool at the HOA clubhouse. Accessible only to guests and residents of Tahoe Village, very private and lots of fun for the children!!
Newly remodeled 2600 s.f. duplex, with lodge-style decor and furnishings throughout, make it a great mountain vacation location. After a great day of skiing, mountain biking, hiking relax in the private, indoor hot tub, watch the large flat screen LCD TV, or if you must work - use the wireless high-speed internet access awaiting your computer.
One very unique feature is our recently added central air conditioning for unseasonably hot periods. The master bedroom is very large with a queen-size bed, TV/VCR/stereo, game table, and futon for extra sleeping capacity. Games are provided and the area can serve as an extra living room area. There is one bedroom with a private bath and queen-size bed. Two bedrooms share a spacious bath on another floor. One of those bedrooms has bunkbeds and a double-size bed and the other bedroom has a double-size bed.
The bedrooms are located on three floors separated by a half flight of stairs. A carport is included with lockable storage room for skis and easy access to the unit. No outside, snow covered steps - a rarity in Tahoe!
Kids will love the log bunkbeds and bear decor in their room while the adults will appreciate the luxury of the master bath. It features tumbled marble surrounding a jetted tub and shower, heated tile floors, and much custom built-in cabinetry. One guest room has an additional TV.
Views are spectacular from every room in the home. Enjoy full views of the Heavenly ski slopes from the hot tub, spectacular, panoramic views of the lake, mountains, slopes, and lights in town at night from the living area, and views of the slopes and/or the lake from every bedroom.
Lake Tahoe offers every imaginable outdoor activity including skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and for the more adventurous, rock climbing, para-sailing, kite surfing and white-water rafting. There are more than ten large ski resorts in the immediate area that offer a variety of terrain all accessible by car or take a bus to Kirkwood, Squaw Valley, Sierra-at-Tahoe and more!!
The slopes of Heavenly Valley, the largest resort in the area, are located less than a mile from our doorstep. The Tahoe Rim trail is within easy walking distance and the grandeur of Yosemite National Park is only a couple of hours away. Many golf courses are located in the area including Edgewood which is the home of the American Century Golf Tournament each year which draws many top celebrity players. The nightlife of 3 major casinos offers full gaming, free parking, and top-name headline entertainment is but a 5-minute drive away.

We really enjoyed our time in Tahoe this year and the house was perfect. It was a great fit for 3 couples and gave us each our own space. Look forward to possibly renting the space next year for our June/July tahoe trip. Thanks again.
