The property is right on the gorgeous open seas of Jensen Beach/Hutchinson Island.
The breath taking views from the living room, the balcony and master bedroom are outstanding. The wonderful waters of the Atlantic Ocean seem endless from the 12th floor, while the kitchen overlooks the intercoastal.
The condo has plenty of space at approximately 1300 sq ft. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with two sinks. A walk-in closet comes in handy to accommodate clothing and personal items. We are a family based in North Miami Beach (Aventura), I am an engineer in the wireless telecommunications industry and my wife is a partner in a car transmission repair franchise; our daughter is a high school student.
Why the Owner Chose Jensen Beach
We used to vacation often in Ft. Myers Beach area but we discovered that the beaches in Hutchinson Island/Jensen Beach offer pristine water, closer commute from our house and a very quiet environment, almost our own private beach since it is never crowded.
After a long search we found this beautiful beachfront place we fell in love with.
We plan one day to retire in Jensen Beach!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Since the condo is in the penthouse floor it is extremely quiet, making it an ideal place to relax.
I personally like to fish from shore, results vary as you would expect. Whenever bait fish get close to shore it sets the stage for an unforgettable fishing day. There are fish cleaning amenities right at the beach which help get dinner ready on those lucky days.
