DESCRIPTION
This beautiful designer's loft is spacious, clean, efficient and well equipped. All modern comforts are provided in this stylish and bright apartment where you will find windows on two entire exposures that offer a view of the Empire State Building. The airy living-room is furnished with 1 extra comfy and extra large sofa along with other eclectic furnishings, a 37" HD cable TV, Blu-Ray and a CD/Radio/Ipod sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped with cupboards full of cooking implements, an oven range, a refrigerator, microwave-oven, and dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed, the best European linens, a desk for those who need to do some work from home (wifi included), an all in one printer, and an HD cable TV. The bathroom is also well equipped and luxuriously appointed, with marble floors, walls, and Kohler finishes. The apartment has it's own washer/dryer as well. Access into the apartment is provided via a private elevator that opens into the living room. The apartment is located on the border of Nolita, Chinatown, and SoHo.

The apartment is situated in Little Italy and is perfectly located to explore all of NY including Soho, Nolita, the Lower East Side, The East/West Village, Tribeca, & Chinatown by foot.

We've just spent a week at this property and loved every minute of it. The bustling streets of Little Italy and Chinatown (closer than expected) were lots of fun, chaos and diversity. However, we could easily escape to the peace and tranquility of our sunlit filled haven. This property exceeded our expectations in terms of size, quality and amenities. Because everything was so well presented we had no need to call the owner at any time during our stay. Even though we had fantastic dining and cultural experiences a little further afield from the property, it would have been great to have some owner information about those right on our doorstep. On our final night we walked a few blocks to Peasant Restaurant which was an easy walk and very enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this property to those wanting to be in the midst of this district....it was great fun.

We stayed in this New York apartment for 2 weeks, and we were not ready to leave!! It is such a bright & welcoming apartment, everytime we walked in the door we felt right at home! Beautifully designed & decorated, enjoying a wine on the couch after a busy NY day was just perfect! The position is ideal, close to many delicious restaurants & lots and lots of shopping! We had the trip of a lifetime, and the we can't be more thankful to Damien & Anderson for being such wonderful hosts! We look forward to staying again in the future, and if I have my way, we will be returning next year!! Will be suggesting this apartment to everyone we know! Thanks again :)

We stayed 5 days at Anderson and Damian's apartment and had a great time. The apartment is really nice and in a very good location, though Little Italy has really lost all its authenticity. We would defintely stay there again.

The location was perfect for quick subway access. We were able to get all over town and back to airport by using the Washington Park/4th st. station! We could also walk to pretty much anything we wished to do..mostly, at anytime of the day/night! The apartment is furnished very nicely, was clean and the bed comfortable. A very NY style apartment which is what we were looking for, very cool historical building. Small kitchen best for quick to make meals..utility kitchen really but that's all we needed. Was a bit worried about street noise at first as it is located above some bars but did not bother us at all. The bedroom is in the back and very quiet slept great. Would stay again.

The location is clean and well stocked with everything one needs for their stay. The owners are very accessible by responding to whatever you need in a timely manner. Also the location is close to all sorts of great places in Manhattan, a few of my favorites like Soho and the Lower East Side. It is also near a bunch of subway lines gold, green, and brown which are able to get you anywhere in the city in a hurry. All in all a great place to stay!

We stayed 10 days in this excellent apartment. Everything was as depicted on the photos, the property was clean and well-maintained and the owner helpful. Considering the crowds on Mulberry Street the apartment was very quiet inside. Transportation was close by, several subway lines, but we sometimes took the bus uptown, slow but a nice ride! The view of the Empire State Building made it extra special.

What a great apartment! This was the 4th annual business trip to NY for me and my wife, having rented accommodation in Tribeca, Soho and Chelsea previously. This was a beautifully kept and appointed apartment in such a fun area, possibly our best stay yet. In pristine condition and thoughtfully appointed, the apartment was even better than expected from the VRBO listing. And Anderson was always quick and accommodating in responding to our needs, such as when needed an ironing board. Also, in the heart of Little Italy, our first few days coincided with a local festival which brought even more color and excitement to the neighborhood. And there's a huge variety of other cuisines available within a short walking distance. Anderson's suggested listing of restaurants was great. The location was also great for us, in that our favorite shopping districts (Soho and Greenwich Village) were also a convenient walking distance. The only downside was that our stay was cut short so we didn't get a chance to explore Nolita, which was highly recommended by our host. All in all, it was a beautiful place to stay in a great location! Would recommend it in a heartbeat!!
