DESCRIPTION
This beautiful live/work designer's loft is spacious, clean, efficient and well equipped. The airy living-room and bedroom is furnished with 1 extra large sofa, a 50" HD cable TV and a king size bed. The gorgeous dining room with mirrored bar and hidden laundry offers style and functionality. The large work space is perfect for the travelling artist or business person. The kitchen is fully equipped with cupboards, a cooktop, a refrigerator and a convection microwave-oven. The bathroom is also well equipped. All modern comfort is provided in this luxurious apartment with high ceilings and plenty of light through 7 large sound insulated windows.

DISTRICT
The apartment is situated in SoHo and surrounded by elegant boutiques and small restaurants. This happening neighborhood also hosts many art galleries and is close to the West Village, Tribeca, Chinatown, Nolita, Lower East Side, and Little Italy.

New York is at your doorstep with transportation to all of Manhattan as the 1,6,A,C,E,N,R,Q and W subway lines are within a few blocks.

  • If you have ever wondered what it's like to live in a SoHo loft apartment, this is your chance! The decor is right out of a hip interior design magazine, and comfortable too. There are double windows on two walls, letting in lots of light but blocking out most of the street noise (though you may hear an occasional thumping party going on down the street - this is NYC after all.) Perfectly located, close to everything in this neighborhood that you might want to visit. WiFi and TV with all the channels you want, should you have the time for TV at all. Would definitely stay here again!

  • My cousin and I stayed and Andy's Loft in Soho this August and it was fantastic. Here is how... Awesome space - comfortable, beautiful and well stocked with all the needs and wants of luxurious, stylish New York living. Great Location -convenient to major trains and really no need to travel the neighborhood itself has plenty going on! Andy's available and helpful, a real gentleman and very responsible and kind! I would stay again absolutely!

  • SoHo is our favorite neighborhood in the City! 85 Zagat rated restaurants, great shopping and full of life. Andy's place is great and he is easy to work with on the details. It's wonderful to come back to home and not a small hotel room...and you don't have to pay those nasty hotel taxes!! We'll be back!

  • The Loft is fully equiped, very nicely decorated, clean, bright and spacious. It was as confortable as can be! It is also very well located, there is a metro station very near by and there is a wide variety of shops and restaurants around. The owner is a very nice and helpful person, and made the process as simple and easy as possible. I highly recommend it!

  • This loft was absolutely perfect both inside and it's location. On arrival the apartment was flawlessly clean and beautifully appointed with all near-new appliances. It was very light during the day due to the many windows although amazingly quiet and private. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was very modern with great water pressure! We absolutely loved staying here for our two weeks in Manhattan, and are planning our next trip and will most certainly stay in this loft again.

  • This is a fantastic place to stay, perfectly situated between Soho and Tribeca, making it very easy to explore both of these exciting districts on foot. The loft is a beautiful and peaceful retreat from the busy scene outside. It's on the 2nd floor on a corner, with very high ceilings & full of light from tall windows on two sides. Design is clean & contemporary with some antique accents (gorgeous chandelier and a massive 18th century library table.) Every convenience. Since we were in town on business, we appreciated the huge work surfaces, making it very comfortable for the two of us to spread out. The owner is professional, accessible, responsible and friendly -- just what you hope for.

  • We stayed at this beautiful loft in early march. The location is great, on a corner filled with restaurants. Perfect area to give you a good sense of the local area while staying in great accomodations. Everything in the loft was very high end and luxurious while being simple and very clean. We loved our time while renting this SoHo loft!
