This fully furnished vacation home is located on scenic Mission Bay in the heart of San Diego! The home has an unobstructed 180 degree view of Mission Bay! You can view Mission Bay with its sailboats, paddlewheel dinner boat and even the occasional dolphin right from the home’s living room and two of the three bedrooms!
The Mission Bay home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a sitting area and small desk; the second bedroom has two single beds; and the third bedroom has two queen beds and its own television and DVD player. The home has a total capacity of 8 people.
The home is located directly across the street from the part of Mission Bay known as Sail Bay. There are no homes on the bay side of the street. You can easily access the bay’s beach by crossing the street with the cross walk four houses to the left of the vacation home.
The home is 1.2 miles from Sea World which can be seeing from the home. This allows for great viewing of the summertime fireworks at Sear World. You can also see the roller coaster at the pier. And in the opposite direction, you can see downtown San Diego’s scenic skyline in the distance.
The vacation home has a large backyard with barbeque grill and two separate seating areas. The first patio table has seating for 4 and the second patio area has seating for 6. There is also a grassy area in the backyard allowing for eating, sunbathing and relaxing in the mild San Diego beach air.
The vacation home has parking for three cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking.
Mission Bay has miles and miles of boardwalks along the bay and ocean. Explore by strolling along on foot or on our 4 adult and 2 children's complimentary bicycles! There is also a young children's playground about a half mile down the boardwalk in the West direction and a larger park in the East Direction.
The home is fully equipped its own private clothes washer and dryer, parking and full size kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with a full size stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher and cooking and eating utensils.
