Super location parking was easy. This place had everything you need. Beach supplies, coffee, cream and sugar, Brita water filter, everything you need for the shower. Was great and the host was super responsive. Also the beds and pillows were AMAZING.

This property is amazing and as advertised - it's a beautiful location right in the heart of Pacific Beach - central to everything. The host and the manager both were very proactive in their communication and welcoming prior to arrival, with a very detailed outline of what to expect, the access, and ensuring that I knew we could reach out to them for any questions or issues (of which we had none). The condo is very quiet, well appointed and clean. Parking is secure and easily access from two different streets. Extra credit for all the beach amenities the host had provided - towels, beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs, boogey boards, etc. - all in great condition and fun to use. Inside, there was plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen, bedrooms and the living spaces were well and tastefully appointed.Checkout was very easy - again, both the host and manager were proactive in the communication, and the process is very easy.I would highly highly recommend staying here - awesome location and experience!

The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again!

We stayed here for 4 nights with family including kids. It’s a great location and an easy walk to the beach and shops. Having dedicated parking in the garage was awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with what you need, and there are little extra touches throughout to ensure your stay is comfortable. The bathrooms are really nice. We enjoyed using the beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards available to utilize. What a great touch! Michael is a great communicator and has pride in his property. He quickly answered questions and even gave us ideas for places to explore when we asked. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect place for a family vacation

This place is a great location just a block from the beach and boardwalk. The host provides beach toys, chairs, a sun tent, kite, and more. It’s easy to walk to lots of restaurants. We had a fantastic time.

Great stay in SD!

We had a wonderful stay. As a food allergy family, I found the kitchen and surfaces to be extremely clean overall! We really appreciated the kitchen with all of our cooking needs being met. We had a great stay and used the beach items (cart, chairs and toys) and we had a great time. We would highly recommend this place!

Family beach time

We would definitely stay at this condo again! It was super clean, nicely decorated and the location was perfect.

Great stay

The property was great. We really enjoyed the location. The host was very detailed and very helpful. I would recommend this property.

Excellent accommodations!

This was an excellent place for our family to stay. Super clean, so easy to get around, great location, spacious, great leisure items. I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was AMAZING!!!
